Store itself great. Decent location, great selection, courteous and professional staff, with people skills. With that said….continue reading. This two star is not a reflection of the location, more of a statement to the products that are sold by CG…..make some “in between” sizes of the bottled products. I need product sizes that are large enough to not have me run to local office or Amazon every few days, but small enough to not dry out in my garage….make preferably 8&12 oz, but one of the two would be better than current selection. Hopefully this will reach CG management. Love the products and a pretty much 100% CG in my home. Y/T videos are helpful and constructive for the first timer or advanced skill detailer!

Came to this shop for a car meet they were hosting. Nice folks, very helpful and awesome! The side quest was indeed a success. Also bought some tire/rim products they got it all whatever you need they got you. Danielle and nick were also very knowledgeable and helpful. Peep the clean rims 👀

I just bought a house and got a new car, so I knew I wanted to keep it nice. I walked into the store and got with Chris, who gave me a master class on how to keep my car looking sharp. With his guidance, a handful of Chemical Guys supplies (get the proflow PM2000), even a novice like me was able to get my dirty daily driver up to show quality. 11/10

I visited the store for the first time yesterday. Coming from a day 1 fan of the brand I can say that I was blown away by the quality, prices and customer service my wife and I got in the store. We got helped by Nicholas and I have to say this is one of the best customer service I've had in any car related store. Nicholas is absolutely fantastic; as soon as we walked in he asked what we where looking for and got right away to explaining every single product we where interested in. We went through every detailing area in the store building the perfect combo for what we needed to start our detailing garage at home. Thanks to Nicholas and his attention to customers I am 100% a customer for life. We just moved less than 10 min away from the store so I am definitely going to Chemical Guys for any detailing products and also car events.

I’m new to mobile detailing, and I stayed up all night watching YouTube videos—learning how to clean, seeing different soaps, and getting excited to the point where I was adding a lot of items to my cart. I was honestly about to spend a lot of money. When I went into the store in person, it was the complete opposite experience—in the best way possible. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I needed. Instead of trying to upsell me, he actually made sure I didn’t overspend. That’s something you don’t get at many places. He helped me choose the right products and even encouraged me to combine them with items I already had at home. I ended up buying five products (liquids), two towels, a blower, and a large bag—and spent way less than I expected. The whole experience surprised me in a good way. There was no pressure, the environment was great, and the customer service was on point. I truly appreciated the respect they showed, especially knowing I’m a new detailer and that they didn’t try to take advantage of that. They definitely earned a repeat customer. I highly recommend this store to anyone—new or experienc
