Joseph provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and made sure my car came out looking spotless. With multiple customers who have monthly memberships(myself and wife included for well over a couple years now), you'd think they'd have everything automated without a hitch. But no, they consistently lack towels to wipe down, have broken vacuums with no hose nozzle, & the double machines for entry haven't been fixed causing unnecessary drama & traffic just to enter the car wash! Think about it, once you're lined up, you're stuck there until the vehicle(or 2 or 7 in front of you) go through the barricade and into the car wash. So a simple 10min car wash could take as long as 45min-1hr the moment someone lines up behind you. If I'm paying top tier for a clean car, the least you can do is ascertain everything I pay for is available if it's not always perfectly clean after running through the wash. As a business consultant, here's some complimentary advice: 1) There's TWO Entry way machines. Fix ONE & MAINTAIN BOTH so you don't need an attendant hanging out there burning in the sun unnecessarily 2) For the love of your business, refill the towel racks & tools for us to dry off our vehicles since it doesn't always properly clean through your machine!!! 3) Fix the vacuums so we're not

Loved dirty dogs carwash when it opened. The staff was on it. Now this location just lacks the customer service. I pay monthly for the membership and recently just every I go here a 10 minute car wash takes 30 minutes… Managers…. Why don’t you have a members express line? Can you guys hire past employees from Chick-fil-A please? I’ll edit once I feel adequate steps are taken.

I chose this location for it's convenience and quality, but over a past month their quality of wash has gone down. Their equipment is not working for over a month and no response despite reporting it to the staff. Its just soap,and water, no pressure wash.. to clean up the soapy water. Yet I am being charged for the Level II ceramic subscription.

First time using this place, very disappointed left my car still dirty. I notified the worker just to see if we can run it in one more time. He told me that it’s not allowed, unfortunate that I had to go home with a dirty car and clean it myself the correct way.
