Be very careful going here. I went through the touchless car was today and my antenna/shark fin flew off in their blow dryer at the end of the cycle. I mentioned it to a manager there and they said they would look for it and told me to give them my cell number. After getting a repair quote of $600, I decided to call and their automated line told me that if I left the premises before filing a damage report they couldn’t do anything. Did they tell me that before I left? Of course not. I’m supposed to get a call soon but we will see if that happens. I’m not stupid. I saw the sign posted about folding my side mirrors in so I did that but I cannot fold in my antenna and while the manager said that antenna damage isn’t covered, I didn’t see it by the wash bay. And even so, it’s not right that their machine can damage my car like that. Never go here if you value your car. Added info after call from Kylie at Drew’s: basically reiterated the “policy position” so I’m out of luck there but she did mention when I was explaining to her about how I did fold in the mirrors and the shark fin isn’t something that can be put down, that this happens often. I will only go to this Drew’s location. The left touchless car wash is superior, quiet and thorough. The right one is so loud I get nervous it’ll strip my paint but honestly, have had no issues with it but I still prefer the left one. This is the only location with superior wipe down service. Every single time I get my car washed they immediately flag me down to dry my car which I really appreciate as no other location has customer service this top notch. That’s the main reason I come to this location, the crew is phenomenal and I really do appreciate each and every one of them. Also the air nozzles and vacuums reach way further around your car than any other location I’ve been too. All in all this is the only location I will go to. We even moved further away and still go out of our way to only go to this location. Highly recommend to everyone. Only thing I’d say is that the right touchless wash needs some improvement since the water pressure is so intense but if you do the left one it’s perfect!

We normally have great luck with Drew‘s but tonight was a terrible experience. We drove up and paid for our car wash and we’re that told that they would turn the vacuums off because we got there too close to 7:30 even though we were aloud to pull in and pay. If that was the case, then you should not have told us the situation before hand or blocked the entrance to not allow and more customers to pull in. Especially since two more people pulled in after us. Terrible customer service that you would turn customers away. You might want to rethink your business model

Wouldn't recommend. I'm newish to the area and my car needed a wash so I went here today as this was the closest place to me. Paid $12 for their basic wash, which, I'm used to paying less than that at other places and have never had issues. But here I paid for their basic wash all for my car to come out still dirty and with new scratches on the driver side. On top of all this the car wash exit is in a dangerous position since you exit right onto coming and going traffic and you are pushed off the car wash regardless even with cars also finishing their wash behind you. Potential for accidents. Never coming back here again. Waste of money for a mediocre wash and damage to my car. To reply to the response: never mentioned anything about a daughter? Couldn't even answer to the right review? I posted this for myself for my vehicle on the day that it happened. Poor response.

I would never ever ever go to a Drew's car wash again. There system that they say they just replaced the brushes on, destroyed the appearance of my car. I have side moldings that color match. The Gizmo took a chunk into the moldings on both sides from front to back also got the back of the mirror and a few other locations including some spots on the hood. They did acknowledge their issue and responsibility. They had me take my car to the body shop of their choice. They gave me a rental car. And then 3 days later tell me that I need to turn the rental car in and pick up my car. When I asked if it was done they said no we're not going to fix it. I said you broke it and you're telling me you're not going to fix it and they said that the repair cost would be much higher than the value of the car. I said okay so what are you going to do about this because you just damaged my car and I don't care what the repair cost too value is this is my car and it wasn't this way when I brought it in. Basically they told me to just go get my car they're not doing anything end of story. Now every time I pass there I put my finger up in the air at them. I know that they're highly unlikely to even see i
