We had an issue where we got stuck in the drive thru and we waited atleast 10 minutes and we also had an issue where the employee didn't let us in and also the car isn't even that clean

After soaping my truck, the conveyor broke. They refused to refund my card or give me cash. All they offered was a ticket good for another wash within 48 hours. Called the owner who said the same thing. Not worth the risk ever again. Reply to reply: the employee said he’d refund my card in 2-3 days, rather than at the time of non-service, so of course I asked for cash. I just wanted a refund. Asking for the charge-back is not unreasonable and something any merchant can be reasonably expected to handle. When I asked to call the owner, that person said the refund couldn’t be handled either. Why was that? Please issue the charge back. Check your cameras and audio.

My best friend who is a single mother brought her first ever new car here and had such an AWFUL experience. I could not believe what she had told me. After going through the wash it came out with black smears and a paint chip on the hood. She addressed this with the owner who’s responce wasn’t anything a smart business person would say which was “ take me to small claims court”. She had asked to review the video tape and once again the manager replied that she wouldn’t show the video without a subpoena. Everything about her encounter screams racketeering. This business knows full well that most people will not spend the time it takes to go to small claims court. It is so disappointing to see companies take advantage of the community ; especially a hard working single parent. Please do not give this place any of your hard earned money.

The wash was decent and fast. Nothing extraordinary, but good for keeping the car clean.

OK this is my favorite Xpress car wash between Anaheim and Fullerton. The wash is five dollars to drive through, and their vacuums have a great suction 😉 and work every time. If you need extra supplies they do have them for sale.
