I initially contacted Don at Drop N’ Detail regarding multiple scratches on my vehicle. Don was honest about which scratches he could take care of, and ones that would require a different level of repair (i.e., BMW Collision Center). During the conversation, i inquired about ceramic coating, which I have no experience with. Don took the time to explain what it is, the pros/cons, etc. We agreed to move forward with fixing the scratches and applying ceramic coating. Don was highly communicative throughout the process, and my vehicle looks better today than when I bought it. I highly recommend Don and his company.

bsolutely thrilled with the results from Drop N Detail! I brought in my 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser for paint correction and ceramic coating. The transformation was incredible. The paint correction brought out a deep, mirror like shine that looked even better than when I drove it off the lot. Every inch of the vehicle was spotless and professionally done. The ceramic coating is flawless and makes the truck look better than brand new while offering long lasting protection. Knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work. Highly recommend for anyone who wants top tier service and showroom level results. Five stars all the way!

Brought my 2021 Mach1 to Don, and he won me over with his knowledge and not to mention patience. I'm the type that doesn't just jump into things. It takes time, research, and conversation to develop a decision of confidence. Before bringing my car to Don, I stopped in to bend his ear, as they say. Most businesses would not be so accommodating, turns out that Don prefers meeting potential customers and talking about options and details, especially when considering the investment. So the work and attention to detail speaks for itself throughout the website and postings. Take it from me, a newly satisfied customer among may, if you think of your car as something more than just a manner of conveyance, set aside the time and make the investment. Absolutely Outstanding! I recently took my new EV9 to Drop N’ Detail for a ceramic coating, and Don absolutely knocked it out of the park! The level of care, precision, and attention to detail he put into the job was next-level. I could probably let the photos speak for themselves but all they show is the perfect job Don did taking care of my new A5 Cabriolet. What they don’t show is how great is was to work with Don and how helpful he was through the process of getting my car coated. He walked me through all available options, explained in detail the process with zero pressure, and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Don is truly a perfectionist and it shows in how he treats you and your car. I could not be happier with everything and am amazed how he was able to elevate the look and feel of my car. I wholeheartedly recommend Don and will absolutely return in the future.
