Alicia who was at the gate was very friendly had great customer service. She was very helpful when answering our questions. We are from new jersey and we use this car wash when we visit frequently. Thank you from the guy with the white hummer

I had a very disappointing experience at this El Car Wash location. Vince, the store manager, asked me to leave a review and told me that if I did the review, he would give me a free wash. This is the second time this has happened. I told him I did not want to leave a review, and after that, his attitude changed and he became very disrespectful. I’m honestly not sure if it is appropriate to offer free washes in exchange for reviews, but it made the whole experience feel uncomfortable. I have washed my car at this location multiple times, and there are often no towels available. The site also does not seem to be maintained properly. It feels like Vince is more focused on getting reviews than making sure customers have a good experience. I will not be returning to this location.

Stripped off my chrome detail two separate times and the car wash won’t respond to reimburse me for damages. Don’t trust this location or car wash. Update (04/27): I was a loyal customer for a couple years. I had an incident where my trim of my car was lifted and destroyed by their car wash. Not only did everyone in the management and customer service team do everything to delay the process but they never followed up during any step. Ultimately they decided not cover my trim on some very minute detail, instead of being a good company they denied the claim and could not care less. I no longer support this greedy company, but will actively tell others to avoid it. Support your smaller car washes and small businesses. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

I had a great experience today! Quinton was extremely professional & detail-oriented. My car looks spotless. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

Every time I take my vehicle to this location, the machine splatters grease residue all over my new 2020 Hylander that I wash daily. I have repeatedly told and shared the issue with the staff and yet the issue has continued. It takes hours to clean all the grease like dirty residue off of my vehicle. I gets all over my rims that also now have permanent scratches. In addition I always request no tire shine or brushes on my wheels and yet the brushes and tire shine happens. They assure me that the matter has been resolved. I will not come to this location any longer and honestly will be canceling my unlimited membership with El Car wash. Several other locations seem to also have many maintenance issues that do not get fixed. Such as the vacuums that barely worked or the detail compressed air gun that is Allways low on pressure. Good Luck to everyone but I’m not coming back.
