Hello, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your car wash. During the wash, your equipment damaged and ripped off a part from the top of my vehicle. Instead of purchasing the regular $12 car wash, I decided to sign up for your one-month special offer so I could try the service. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I am not satisfied with the service at all. More importantly, I am very concerned about the damage caused to my vehicle. I would like this matter to be reviewed as soon as possible, and I expect the car wash to take responsibility for the damage caused by its equipment. I would also like to cancel the monthly service and request a refund, as I do not wish to continue using the car wash after this experience. I went to EL Car Wash because my car had a lot of bird droppings on the roof after I parked under a tree. As soon as I noticed them, I drove straight to the car wash. The line was very long, so I had to wait quite a while. Once I entered the wash, I felt rushed because the cars behind me kept moving forward, making the whole process feel stressful. I chose the basic $12 wash. Unfortunately, when I came out, I noticed that the front bumper hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was still a large area of white residue, and it seemed like the brushes couldn’t reach the very front of the car. Even worse, the bird droppings on the roof were still there. My car is white, so the remaining spots were very noticeable. Overall, I felt like the $12 wasn’t worth it. If the equipment isn’t adjusted to clean these areas more effectively, I probably won’t be coming back.

I had an excellent experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My car looked spotless inside and out, and the service was completed quickly without compromising quality. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this car wash. During my visit, their equipment caused damage to my vehicle and blew out two of my tires, leaving me completely stranded. What’s even worse is the lack of accountability. I immediately tried to resolve the issue on-site and requested to speak with a manager, but no manager ever came to assist me or follow up. I was left there with a disabled car and no support, solution, or sense of urgency from their staff. Situations like this can happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference—and in this case, the response was extremely unprofessional. I expected at the very least an acknowledgment of responsibility or an attempt to help resolve the situation. I would strongly caution others before using this location. Based on my experience, customer service and accountability are seriously lacking.

Please, I need someone contact me regarding this issue showing in the pictures in the carwash at the time to get in. The manager told me I have to call customer services. However, no one answer the call. I need that the carwash make responsible for my damage and support me financially to fix my car properly. Waiting for your answer. I call several times, being in the phone for more than 10 minutes. Nothing. I asked for the link of the video. They refuse to send it to me. I need assistant in this matter.
