This morning (8/12/2026) I stopped by El Car Wash at Lake Nona (Orlando, FL) to check it out. A big thank you to Ann and the young man working with her as they were very kind and friendly to answer all my questions. I received a complementary wash and wax thanks to Ann and my car looked great! This establishment runs like a well oiled machine. Come see for yourself. You will not be disappointed! 🤓

We’ve been coming here since they opened, and we’ve always had a great experience. After a recent debit card data breach, I had to update the payment method for our family’s monthly wash plan. Andres was super helpful, making the process quick and hassle-free for all of our vehicles. This location is always tidy, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I really appreciated Andres’ excellent customer service today

I’ve been really impressed with El Car Wash. It’s easily one of the best car washes I’ve used, mainly because of how well thought-out everything is. The wash itself does a great job, but what really stands out are all the amenities they provide to help you get your car truly clean. They’ve got plenty of vacuums, towels, and cleaning supplies available, and everything is kept stocked and in good condition. It makes it easy to go beyond just a basic wash and actually detail your car without feeling rushed or limited. The layout is also convenient, so you’re not fighting for space or waiting around forever. Also, I’d like to give a shoutout to Julian, the assistant manager—always accommodating and always helpful. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. Overall, it’s a great experience every time I go. If you’re someone who likes to take a little extra care of your vehicle, El Car Wash definitely gives you all the tools to do it right.

I had a very bad experience at El Car Wash. While my car was inside the wash, the automatic drying system came down and broke one of my windshield wipers. I followed all instructions, and the damage was clearly caused by their machine. When I reported it, they refused to take responsibility and denied reimbursing me. They claim to have a “policy,” but it is not clearly visible to customers. You are basically rushed into the wash by signs and staff, without a fair chance to read anything. Very unprofessional and disappointing. If their equipment damages your car, don’t expect them to take responsibility.

Congratulations Nick, you just came here as the manager and already are making this location lower its standards. All the staff members including former managers have known me since I’ve been a member and the main complain when you pay extra for a membership is to have the tire shine be applied appropriately and these machines never work. All the members usually let me use their little brush and tire shine to apply it appropriately to my tjres since I PAY EXTRA to have tire shine. When I approached Nick. He showed me his low standards of just pointing out with his had ask the people outside. Didn’t even take the responsibility himself to look for it instead decided to dart sitting down in his chair and SHOWED NO EFFORT into wanting to help this long time customer and veteran himself. When I asked for his manager’s phone number, he refused to give it to me. Low par customer service standards he has brought to this location in Lake Nona. The other managers were extremely helpful, they will get up out of their seat and help out with the issue right away with positive attitudes. Well NICK HAD TAKEN IT UPON HIMSELF TO LOWER THE PAST STANDARDS AND MAKING SURE HE STARTS TO LOSE LONGTIME
