My car was hit by another vehicle at this EL Car Wash. Accidents happen, but the way this location and corporate handled it afterward was unacceptable. The staff showed very little willingness to help and consistently treated the situation as if it simply wasn’t their problem. My wife and I waited outside in 90+ degree heat while repeatedly being told someone would be with us shortly. We received conflicting information, little assistance, and even getting a basic incident report completed was unnecessarily difficult. What should have been a straightforward process was made significantly worse by the lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer service. If you use this company, understand that if something goes wrong, you will largely be left to deal with it yourself. EL Car Wash corporate should take a serious look at how little care and accountability their customers receive when something goes wrong. Other reviews show this isn’t isolated, with customers reporting vehicle damage and the same lack of timely resolution or accountability.

What awesome service!!! They are all about the customer experience. The place was clean and well maintained. Plus there equipment is top notch for keeping your vehicle clean

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience at this car wash. Humble and the Manager King were super nice. My car came out looking spotless, with a shine that made it look almost brand new. The service was quick and the facility was clean and well organized. Before I would've given it a 1 ⭐️ Now its a totally new atmosphere thank you Humble and king I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service!❤️❤️

My sunroof was damaged by their drive-through wash machine on Sunday. I asked them to help me clean the falling glasses but the manager refused. I had to clean all by myself for hours because I didn’t want to be a public safety concern. The manager promised that they will review the report and get back to me in 72 hours; It is Wednesday now, yet I did not get a response. I called the customer service and the lady on the line was rude and not helpful. This is an awful experience. Update: It’s been 2 weeks and nobody has reached out to me. I called their service line and all they told me was the case is still under review.

I’ve been paying for a membership at eL Car Wash on Broward Boulevard for quite some time, and I’m very satisfied with the service. This location was newly built and has maintained a very high standard since day one. I used to go to another one of their locations, but this one is much closer to my business, which makes it very convenient. Today at the entrance, I was helped by a young man named Jorge, who asked me to leave a review. Honestly, he deserves it—he has a great attitude, provides excellent customer service, and has very positive energy. I asked for an air freshener and he kindly gave me two, which I really appreciated. They also provide clean towels, and overall the service is excellent. I pay for their highest membership plan, and my car always comes out very clean. Highly recommended 👍
