This place is the worst do not take your cars there the damaged my brand new car is now all scratched up from the manager himself trying to say that a brand new 2026 we only had 2 months came in to the car washed scratched from the hood all the way to the trunk even had sand on it he wouldn’t even try to make it right by offering to have it buffed or detailed just to put it thru the wash again to scratch it again I took her car to get buffed and detailed somewhere else to see if it was surface it’s deeper than we thought the marks are still there I called n tried to get the manager for 2 days no response nothing worst customer service DONOT TAKE ANY Of Your cars there no accountability no trying to accommodate the customer I will keep writing bad reviews until they loss more customers I’ve been calling n going in to ask for the manager boss Albert and nothing how can you say that a brand new car had scratch’s on it when it came in I did work hard for nice things for ppl to damage or teach my kids to work hard for nice things for others to treat it like it’s nothing below is a pic of where there is a lot of scratches on the car now that where not there before

So I pull up and you can tell the car wash attendant was in a cranky mood so after she ran my transaction, she just walked away, and I had to honk at her to get her attention for my receipt because she had an earbud in her ear. Fast forward to after I get my car wash the air holes and the vacuums were not powerful at all hardly providing proper pressure for vacuuming and air. On top of that, it smelled really bad I think it was the water from the car wash, but either way I was not very satisfied After trying this for the first time

Horrible car wash, doesn’t wash anything. Still a bunch of dirt, but was just smeared across the sides and didn’t wipe any dirt off the back at all

Wow Open 24/7 You can get a Free cup of coffee /$20 purchase or Free scoop of ice cream with $50 purchases of gas or car wash / Detail and oil change also $3 off express wash with $50 Gas purchase they also carry propaneLowest gas price in neighborhood and great quality of Gasoline yet you get 20 cent off/Gallon if you purchase Express wash for $7 ask for Free cup of coffee if you spent $25 or FREE scoop of ice cream with $50 purchase of Gasoline or detail or oil change there is also Smog test shop ,Tire alignment shop, Upholstery shop , Window tinting shop, auto Wrap shop, and they have also the best drinking water (sweet & Smooth) at 30 cent a gallon. this place is 5 star and asset to the neighborhood creating much needed jobs and help the community of El Monte and surrounding towns

Expensive, I paid $137 for oil change and carwash, much to wish with the service, was only one guy detailing the cars and the work does not worth the price, I got better service for the half of the money in Downey Hand Carwash
