ESM Motors is like no other, not only am I glad to have found a one stop shop for all my car detailing needs but also a place just to hang out. I spent a good amount of time researching where to have ceramic tint installed on my vehicle. I'd have to admit it was a bit overwhelming considering all that has changed since I got my car tinted and wrapped. Not only that, but there are tons of products out there and next thing you know, you're spiraling down a  tint rabbit hole. ESM Motors rose above the rest, professional and knowledgeable. Eakra took point when I first dropped the car off and made suggestions on what we should do with the tint. Pointing out pros and cons of each level of visibility and most importantly, what would be best suited for what I was looking for. We wanted to keep the car cool and look good at the same time! Her recommendations and install were right on the money. I was about to step out then saw Manny installing PPF on a BMW M5. Headphones on and locked in! That man was in the zone, you can tell he knows his craft. Long story short, I went in mainly for ceramic tint and walked out with a tinted and fully wrapped R1S. Continuous lies, wasted time, and total frustration, avoid at all costs. I put down a deposit and was ready to buy the owner's personal F-150 Raptor, but the experience was incredibly frustrating due to repeated dishonesty and complete lack of professionalism. Sophia ( owner ) after spotting front bumper damage after the deposit was made claimed the truck had a professionally re-painted bumper, proper ceramic coating, and PPF on the windshield. The pre-purchase inspection showed none of that was true: the bumper was just rattle-canned with trim paint (overspray covering the fog light bezels), no proper ceramic coating was applied (would have ruined the PPF without full decontamination), there was no PPF on the windshield at all, scratches on nearly every interior panel, dog-chewed center console with obvious bite marks, PPF chips and spots, wheel lip scratches, and heavy dirt everywhere including the door jams. None of these issues were ever disclosed until the inspection revealed them. She continuously lied about the condition to keep the deal going. Communication was terrible, ignored calls and texts, constant follow-up required from me, and after taking my deposit she backed

ASK FOR SOPHIE & MANNY! I promise you, they’re the best! Outstanding PPF Work and Customer Experience! I recently had my new car serviced with PPF at ESM Motors, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly detailed with their work—every panel, edge, and corner was handled with obvious care and expertise. What really stood out was their transparency throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step, set clear expectations, and made sure I always understood what was being done. Their communication via phone calls & texts was prompt, consistent and proactive, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated how focused they were on making sure I felt comfortable. Every question and request I had was managed thoughtfully and they were very clear with their feedback and responses. They checked in frequently, answered all my questions, and never rushed anything. Their confidence in their technical craft definitely shows in the final result—the car looks absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this shop 100% if you're looking for quality PPF work backed by professionalism, honesty, and great customer service.

Incredibly professional, passionate, and friendly staff. Knowledgeable but also inviting. Sometimes it isn't about who will do it for the cheapest, but rather the final product that is produced. Would highly recommend getting your auto detailing services done here!

Took my Tacoma in to be detailed, it was absolutely thrashed & came out looking like it was fresh off the lot. So much so, I fell back in love with my truck. The level of detail, attention and customer service was unmatched. The space is comfortable, accommodating, and incredibly professional. ESM Motors is an asset to the Outer Mission, and I am so grateful they decided to open here. San Francisco, please come to support this incredible business. It is well worth it!
