I am a long ways from home on a long trip. I experienced some RV problems with my batteries but had no idea why. I called and explained my situation and they so kindly took my RV in even though they were very busy, just to get me back on the road again. I am so grateful for their concern for me and my wife and had us back on the road again in a very short time. They resolved my problem at a very reasonable price with no gimmicks, unlike other RV repair shops that I have encountered. The people there were so friendly and knowledgeable that I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Farace RV!!

our 2001 Fleetwood 26' class C needed to be road worthy. retiring and traveling across the nation. theses folks are such a blessing. 😇 they checked out everything top to bottom. thank you for peace of mind. will absolutely 💯 recommend to others !

Great process from start to finish. They were able to get me in quickly, diagnosed everything with my motorhome and called with updates throughout the process. I will be a lifelong customer here with Farace.

Brought in my Travel Trailer to upgrade the suspension, better equalizers, crossbar, got thicker shackles, and bearings repacked. Was able to get a quote prior and the work was done rather quickly. Just traveled 500 miles after having it installed and it’s good to go! Improved stability. I’m happy with their completion and wouldn’t hesitate to bring in the rig for other stuff.

I purchased a “new to me” Tiffin Allegro Open Road. Farace was recommended fr other Tiffin owners and I am pleased with the referral. I have taken it in twice and so far, so good. The customer service was excellent and they kept me well informed on what was needed immediately and what could wait. I was pleasantly surprised at their quick turn around. Oil change, generator service and rear brakes all done well and I got a thorough explanation of the service provided at pick up which I really like as it helps me learn about my rig. I was concerned about being taken advantage of as a new RV owner. I feel like I was treated fairly and they did not try to gauge me. I have returned a couple times and each time, the service has been excellent.
