I brought my SUV in for the Two Alarm detail and I’m genuinely so impressed with how it turned out. My car definitely needed some TLC when I brought it in, and it honestly looks brand new, especially the inside. The exterior looks like glass! I’ll admit I was a little nervous about picking it up because while checking Google to make sure I could get there before closing, I happened to come across a negative review. But my experience ended up being completely different, and I’m so glad I gave them a chance. The team did an amazing job, and I also especially want to recognize the young lady at the front desk who checked me out tonight. I really wish I had gotten her name! She told me she’s very meticulous, and you could tell she takes a lot of pride in making sure the finished work meets a high standard. She had personally looked over my SUV before I picked it up and made sure everything was good to go. I really appreciated that extra level of care and attention to detail. She was also upfront with me that because I have a dog, I might still find a stray hair here and there. Totally understandable, and honestly, they got an incredible amount of it out. This is a very conscientious, customer focused small business. I needed a film guard installed on my front windshield. At no fault of theirs the film that was installed had a defect in the driver’s side vision. I told them about the issue and they immediately scheduled me to have a replacement install under warranty at no cost. The job was done in less than an hour and a half and it is perfect. If I have to have my windshield replaced again I will use this company to install the film guard. I highly recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had ceramic tint installed on my Charger at Firehouse Auto Spa, and I'm extremely happy with the results! The tint looks great, and I immediately noticed how much cooler my car stays in the heat. The team was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Firehouse Auto Spa for quality work and outstanding customer service!

After receiving my car back for the amount of money $350 I was expecting a much better job to be done. There are parts of the car that don’t even look like they’ve been touched. Like the steering wheel is still covered in dirt and same with the trunk area. I also feel like there are some small areas of the paint that look worse than before. I was also considering bringing my 911 here but after this I definitely won’t be. For the money I spent I would have rather gone somewhere else. Edit: Normally when a business reaches out to you it's to make things better but in this case they decided to make things worse. Even a simple sorry that your experience wasn't up to our standards would have been fine. The owner decided to call me and said that it should be on me to reach out to them if I'm unhappy and I shouldn't leave a 1 star review. He then also proceeded to ask ME if I'm perfect when I told him I expected my car to be CLEAN and that I was unhappy with the job done. This is perhaps one of the worse experiences that I've encountered with any business.

Beth was easy to work with when scheduling. But she is not just a scheduler. She is knowledgeable about the process and she was helpful in explaining the paint protection film (PPF) process to me. I had PPF applied to two of my cars one after the other! Firehouse Auto Spa was recommended to me by my contacts at Stevenson Collision in Fernandina Beach,. Stevenson Collision does top notch work so I knew that if they gave me advice it would be good advice. And it was.
