I came in for a reservation made at 9:30. I had movers schedule to help with the move around 11:30 am. There was one employee at the desk and a large line of people waiting to be helped. I get to the counter and I was told I had an E alert which required me to wait on the phone for 30 minutes as I waited to speak to a customer representative. They told me that there was an issue with a payment which I had already taken care of weeks before so THEY hadn’t deactivated the E alert yet. At that moment they did. I went back into the store letting them know that the E alert was removed and they told me I had to wait back in the line since they ”didn’t see me waiting before”. Meanwhile the line had gotten larger. At this moment, at least 1 hour and a half was gone, and I still did not have my truck. There was a technical issues with the printer and lack of staffing which seemed to be the delay. I think is a huge reflection of poor management due to lack of training of staff members and not enough employees on a Sunday, which I think would be a busier day. The other issue is that the E alert should have been deactivated sooner since I took care of the issue several weeks ago, which delay

The staff here were super friendly and really helpful throughout the entire rental process. The truck I got was clean and in great condition, making my move a lot smoother than I expected. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a truck rental!

Marty and Tim are lifesavers. I had a bad experience with Budget very last minute emergency. Called for a same day U-Haul and they matched the price of my Budget truck. In and out pickup quickly it was all clean and ready to go. Would highly recommend them for any U-Haul rental!

I had an excellent experience at this U-Haul location thanks to Kevin, Joe, and Lindsey. Their customer service, professionalism, and courtesy really stood out from the moment I walked in. They were extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to see a team that works so well together while still taking the time to make sure the customer is taken care of properly. Kevin, Joe, and Lindsey went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Because of them, this was easily one of the best U-Haul experiences I’ve had. If you’re renting equipment or moving, I highly recommend this location. The team here truly knows how to take care of their customers.

Hours say they close at 5pm, showed up at 4:48 nobody around, office closed. at 4:58 two guys show up tell me they close at 4:30 mon-thu and fri-sat until 5pm. Need to get you scheduled fixed and not waste people's time.
