I had my RV repaired after damage to the body and trim, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They also repaired my a/c. The workmanship was outstanding, and everything was repaired with great attention to detail. The team was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and completed the job on time. My RV looks fantastic, and you would never know it had been damaged. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality RV repairs and excellent customer service.

My worst nightmare turned into a daydream. Just before my trip to Disney that I have been planning for a year ,somebody sideswiped my slide on my RV rendering it undrivable. The mobile service (Blake) came out and secured my slide so it was safe to drive to fort Lauderdale RV to be fixed. Once there Angie walked me through the process of fixing it and getting an estimate for my insurance company she was beyond accommodating. I was so disappointed and missing my trip to Disney until Angie made me aware that they also rent RVs, she gave me a great rate and I was able to go on my trip after all. The best part when I got back my RV was all finished,and you could not tell there was any accident it looked brand new, and even better, the insurance covered most of the cost of repairs. Don't hesitate to bring your RV here, the mobile service, the customer service ,the rental process, and the workmanship were all top notch. They took my bad situation and made it better than I ever dreamed of.

I drove all the way from Palm Beach with the intention of purchasing an RV, only to be met with one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the office, a staff member loudly told me, “We’re on lunch. Come back in five hours.” No greeting, no apology, no attempt to assist—just complete disregard for a potential customer who had just made a significant trip. Five hours? That’s not a lunch break—that’s a clear indication that customer service is not a priority here. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a business selling high-value products. If this is how they treat customers before a sale, I can only imagine what happens after. Save yourself the time, gas, and frustration—there are far better dealerships out there that actually value your business.

I brought my travel trailer into Ft Lauderdale RV INC the second week of December 2025, to get a quote to have some repairs and maintenance work done to it. I did a walk through with the repair technician and pointed out all items that I wanted to address, with the main repair revolved repairing the water damaged flooring. He took notes and advised that he would have a quote for me by the end of the week or first thing the next week. Being that it was the holidays, I planed for the holiday delays and awaited the quote. 6 weeks passed and I did not get a phone call, email, or text message. I called to get a update after some back and forth I had to back into Ft Lauderdale RV and speak with a different technician and reexplain everything that I had discussed with the original technician. Again I was told they would have a quote to me by the end of the week. 27 January I received a quote for $13,469.59 which I believed to be extremely high. I called them and explained that the price was out of my budget, I went down the line items with them and removed everything except the repairs to damaged flooring to the front quarter of the travel trailer. This brought the quote price down to $

I called on Monday and they serviced my Lance Travel Trailer the next day. The waterless trap in the shower drain was broken. Ozzie worked under the shower in an incredibly tight space for nearly 2 hours, dealing with minimally accessible pipes. He replaced the waterless trap, re-oriented the pipes to reduce stress on them, and solved the problem. What a great guy! Angela, who works behind the desk, was also a great help. Fort Lauderdale RV saved my vacation.
