The communication with Stephen made for a great experience with Fort Worth Auto Detail. He explained everything I could possibly think of in great detail and even sent over some videos of the shop and what would be completed. I brought in my Volvo XC40 for a full window tint, detailing of interior, exterior, and engine bay. The tint turned out exactly how I wanted! The work is great as I could not find one single thing to complain about with all windows, windshield, and pano roof done. Where the loss of a star was is in the interior detailing. After I got home and vehicle was in sunlight I found my backseat and trunk weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Both the center console in the front and rear seats weren’t touched. Lining in the seats of the second row still had crumbs. I brought this to the attention of the shop and they apologized and offered to fix it if I brought the vehicle back. As it was an over 30 min drive I chose to do it myself as we had plans for that evening. Other than the interior detailing I would’ve given a 5 star experience. Still would recommend this shop for a great tint job.

This was the second time I have had them do ceramic coating on an Escalade (my newest one). It looks better than if it just came off the showroom floor, flawless. The surface feels ultra smooth and it dazzles in the sunlight. I took it in at 8 in the mourning and it was done at 4:30 just when the said it would be. What I like about FW Auto Detail is they are pros who give attention to detail as if it was their own car. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely blown away by the work from Fort Worth Auto Detail. They just finished my black 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing with PPF, ceramic coating, and tint, and the results are honestly better than I expected. The paint looks like black glass, the depth, gloss, and reflections are unreal. Every edge, panel, and trim piece was done with incredible attention to detail. The SunTek PPF install is flawless, the ceramic coating completely transformed the finish, and the tint came out perfectly clean with OEM-level quality. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and take pride in delivering a top-tier result. Communication throughout the process was excellent, the shop was extremely professional and clean, and they treated my car like it was their own. After seeing the final product in person, I can confidently say the investment was worth every penny. He took the time to walk me through the paint correction and ceramic coating in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood what to expect.
