I brought my Monte Carlo in to have all the windows tinted, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first time I picked up my car, there were a lot of bubbles in the tint. I brought it back, and they redid it, but after waiting a few days the tint still had the same bubbling issue, and to make matters worse, two of my windows was scratched during the process. I was told that the issue could have been because the car was dusty when I brought it in, so the second time I made sure the vehicle was clean inside and out and even took it through a car wash right before bringing it in. I was then told to bring my car in early Monday morning to get it handled. I showed up as instructed, but no one there was aware of my appointment or that I was supposed to leave my vehicle. The manager’s son stepped in, took photos, and assured me he would follow up with a call to schedule the fix. Two weeks went by and I never received a call. I reached out myself, and again, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I sent photos of the bubbling tint as requested, and still received no follow-up. I just got my car done at jet black tint in Fremont did an amazing job and my car was done really fast. Got all windows, tinted and windshield and less than two hours and very nice customer service very welcoming and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location. Great experience every time I come here I brought all my cars to this location and I’ve never had a problem. very satisfied with the work done today 3/19/2026 -Angel 😊 thank you for your great service

Oscar was very helpful with rescheduling.. explaining the warranty and also telling me the different stuff jet black has to offer very respectful.. Daniel did a great job on tinting my Toyota Corolla

This place is great and the people are beyond awesome. Made my car look like a completely different car. The person who helped i think his name was Oscar treated me with the up most respect and the building was so clean that I felt like I was on a episode of West Coast Customs. Work was so good I had to take a picture of the team. Fremont Location deserves 10 stars out 10.

I had a great experience at Jet Black Tint & Glass. Oscar was very accommodating while we waited for our car and made us feel right at home. The tint looks fantastic so far! We had 10 windows done for $799 which includes a couple of promotions and chose their top-tier tint option. They also provide a lifetime warranty, which is a huge plus. We’ll be back soon to have rain guards added to our car, and we’ll definitely return if we need another car tinted.
