Jacob made the sales experience fantastic! He found us exactly what we wanted and explained everything we needed to know. He also went above and beyond communicating every step of the way. Andrew did a phenomenal job prepping our camper! It was immaculate and he explained all the “need to knows” and “how tos” thoroughly so that we felt more than comfortable driving away. Overall 10/10 experience!! Will highly recommend!

We had a great experience purchasing our new camper from Fun Town RV in Waco. Our salesperson, Adam, was fantastic to work with. He was personable, knowledgeable, and never tried to pressure us into buying more than we needed. He listened to what we were looking for, stayed within our budget, and helped us find the right camper for our family. We left feeling like we got a fair deal. Tyler in finance was also great. He took the time to explain all of our warranty and protection options, answered our questions without any pressure, and even worked with us on the pricing to make sure we were comfortable with everything. During our pre-delivery inspection, we found a few cosmetic decal issues. The PDI/service team immediately acknowledged them, ordered replacement decals under warranty, and made the process easy. We really appreciated that they stood behind the product and addressed our concerns without hesitation. Overall, everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted us to leave happy. We're excited to make a lot of family memories in our new camper, and we'd definitely recommend Fun Town RV Waco to anyone shopping for an RV.

I have taken our 2024 Brinkley Z2900 to Funtown for a couple of separate troubleshooting sessions. Neither time did they find anything wrong and both times they did not charge me anything, even though they must have spent labor hours on the job. I appreciate the help from Jake, the Service Manager, and from Amanda, my Service Advisor. When I need help again in the future, I will definitely take our rig to Funtown.🏕️

We are so excited to start our retirement!!! We lucked out during our RV shopping journey when we came upon Fun Town in Waco. We have been looking everywhere for “just the right RV”…and then we met Craig. Everyone we talked with was extremely nice, informative, and eager to assist. Craig, our salesman, made sure we got to see a wide variety of RV options and stayed with us throughout the buying process. Adam answered all of our questions (and boy did we ask a LOT). Rick, the myth and the legend 😊welcomed us and shared his vast knowledge about RV’s and made us feel comfortable and at ease with the process. Jasper walked us through the RV on pick-up day and made sure we felt knowledgeable with the systems and operational functions of the RV (he was quite patient in answering the same questions until we totally grasped and understood). And last but not least— Tyler, who took care of all financial aspects, answered our questions and offered options that fit us best. Again, very patient, respectful and kind. Very professional.
