Based on my experience with G5 tint shop, i cannot recommend them enough. Ricky and the team make the process enjoyable and easy. I came in with my new Mazda CX-5 wanting a fun color and instead of judging me, like some other places did, they joined in the fun and helped order some additional crazy color changing samples from a different PPF vendor than they usually work with, just so I could make the right decision. I ended up going with their Love Pink from their usual vendor. The actual PPF process was swift and professional, the car looks incredible as you can see in the photos. They even added metallic pink to the air fill up buttons to make it match, and did a great job suggesting color placement for the best result. However, what I think really shows off the customer service of G5 is how they handled the issues I was having with my sensors. They brought in the car twice to assess if it was a digital issue, or as it turned out, a paint buildup issue, after which they shaved down the paint to make the sensors work normally, all without any additional charge and without compromising the color story of the car. So far I've used this company to tint windows on two cars. They're always very helpful and friendly. They also have a nice waiting room with snacks, drinks, and a TV. The other thing I personally like is their very nice bathroom. All too often business have awful bathrooms, but that's part of the customer experience and so they should be as nice as anything else the business is presenting their customers. So I appreciated that the G5 Tint Shop took time to also make sure the bathrooms were nice.

Ricky really helped us out throughout the entire process. He was really patient and gave us his advice, along with what most people will get as well. He never rushed us or made us feel like we were a bother. We ended up tinting all the windows with the FormulaOne Stratos series and you can really feel the difference inside the car. Being in a Tesla Y, we are literally surrounded by glass. To help reduce some of the light coming in we decided to do 70% on the windshield and it's barely noticeable, but just takes the edge off when driving in the southern California sun. Ricky used a tint with a slight blue color, so it looks like it was stock from the factory. The rest of our windows have more of a smokey grey look to them. If you're unsure what tint % to get, have Ricky lay the tint over your windows so you can get a sense of what it will look like. He did it for us and it was really helpful. We also had our front bumper and full hood done with clear PPF to help protect from highway debris dinging the car constantly. When we came back to pick up the car, other team members came around to talk to us and offer advice on things they bought to enhance their car. Which was really helpf
