This is a scam company. I went for a car wash feb 17th and the employee ran up to my car and I immediately told him I do not want to sign up for anything I just want my car washed once. He said I am not signing up for anything but put a sticker on my car and said by paying today and I can come for free for the next month. I did not sign up for anything and now I see they have been charging my cars without my knowledge for the last 2 months. I can't get ahold of the company by phone or online either. I reported them to the FTC for unfair business practices, how can they charge my card without my permission and I have no ability to cancel.

I’m very concerned about my experience with this car wash. I was charged on my credit card despite not even being at this location on the date of the transaction which was today early morning. This was an unauthorized charge, and I had to contact my bank immediately to dispute it and protect my account. Situations like this are extremely frustrating and raise serious questions about how payment information is being handled.I recommend that others keep a close eye on their accounts if they have ever used their card here. This is not something any customer should have to deal with. I won’t be using their services anymore.

Good staff except the “NEW SITE MANAGER” young blonde headed fella that does NOT want to try and resolve conflict rather he likes to escalate it.. this is the 4th time my wheel has been damaged and he said they cannot do anything.. dude likes to show up when he wants and acts like it’s all ok.. 2 of my driver side wheels were damaged on two different occasions. I had gotten out of my vehicle to speak to one of the other staff members explaining what happened, and he just interrupts my conversation, like he needed to be there. He got mad because I told him he can’t tell me what to do so he took a picture of my barcode speed pass and says he’s going to cancel me. The guy I was originally speaking with is super considerate and have had respect for each other since he has been there and understands the cosmetic issues I’ve had going through this wash.. The previous site manager deserves it because he comes to work.. FYI/FYA, Galaxies and Today’s Car Wash are under the same management throughout Central Texas region!!!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience nor can I recommend anyone. Todays Car Wash is much, much better. Galaxy offered a premium free wash and though I already have a membership, I wanted to give it a shot. Unfortunately I went through the car wash twice and my car was still not clean. There was a coating of white film on my vehicle and small swivel scratches. Not only, the fella with the ginger beard and mustache that work on 1/12 at 6:30pm was extremely rude and not friendly. He even hinted that the free wash was for another location. And if it was so why didn’t the agent at the gate stated so? Like did he expect me to reverse and drive on the other side of town? Unfortunately, going through a third time would not do any good so I’m literally leaving and heading to todays car wash for a proper wash. If this is how they treat a potential customer I would never get a membership with them.

New wash, great service - I hope they maintain their level of service. My truck looks amazing and the vacuums were powerful. My only recommendation is to switch out the cloths used to dry the vehicles more often. I could tell they were saturated because of all the water marks left behind. I will be back and possibly buying into the membership!
