Gazoo’s Auto detailing & ceramic coating

I just bought a used car from a dealership, it wasn’t dirty as it was already detailed but it had some smeary residue from the plastic handles that famously tend to melt off in the Florida sun and I just had those parts replaced. I scheduled the deep interior and a basic outside wash, to find that all of the sticky residue was untouched- to parts have clearly not been shampooed or wiped during the clean. A dried spot of dirt was also untouched by the cup holders, stickers covering the window controls (from a tinting that was done before and discussed with the detailer) were untouched. Several dirt spots and brown water spots were on the car, when I told the detailer that when I buy I clean I do expect the dirt to be gone he argued with me that the basic shampoo isn’t supposed to target dirt. I guess that was a crazy notion of mine. He ended up wiping 3 times over some spot and then told me “I’m already doing more than I’m supposed to” and then left the dirt half wiped. He was arguing with me on every spot I pointed out to him and then asked me what I did for a living. I found him rude and clearly just plain bad at his job. Malik did an amazing job on my 2015 Lexus RX 350. The ceramic coating came out incredible and the paint looks better than ever. He also detailed the entire interior and it turned out spotless. Very professional, takes his time, and truly cares about the quality of his work. He is definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend!

I had so many questions about what my car needed, and Malik was incredible...super responsive, patient, and really took the time to walk me through everything in a way that actually made sense without making me feel like he was selling me something... He was also so flexible when we had to reschedule because of the weather (because no one wants a freshly detailed car in the rain). My car is black, so it shows everything and usually looks dirty five minutes after a wash...but after Malik did the five-year paint enhancement and detail… I’m not even kidding, it looks better than the day I drove it off the lot. ✨ Great service, great quality work... I'll be calling him monthly for details.

Absolutely amazing experience with Gazoos Auto Detailing. My car looks better than the day I bought it. The attention to detail was unreal and every surface was spotless inside and out.
