I’ve been coming to this car wash for the past three years and it’s been good. They just got a new manager, and this dude leaned on my truck to look into the back of it and put gigantic body against my truck and almost dented it. Afterwords he told me I had to take every single thing Out of the back of my truck. All I had was a couple straps that were tight down nonetheless I said it’s fine after I took them out. He looked back there again And asked me to clean it out from the small debris that was in there. I thought that’s what the car wash was for. I looked at this dude said never mind, bro. You come to these car washes because they’re quick and convenient. I didn’t come to a car wash to wash the outside of my truck myself. Terrible Manager literally his first day and he’s losing customers. I won’t be going back here

I love coming to this car wash! My car always feels so clean, the water doesn’t smell like other places. I especially enjoy the customer service, Allison is always such a joy to talk to. Will definitely continue coming here!

This location is honestly the worst-managed Go Car Wash I’ve ever visited. Most of the employees are very young, which is not a problem in itself, but they spend most of the time standing around, talking, and doing nothing. When you ask for something simple, they respond with bad attitude or act annoyed, and that speaks to a much bigger problem: 👉 The supervisor is just as careless and unprofessional as the employees. While other Go Car Wash locations stay on top of things— • towels stocked • vacuums working • areas clean • staff actually helping customers —this location is the complete opposite. Employees leave their stations unattended, don’t monitor the entrance, don’t help direct cars, and the place often looks dirty, abandoned, and poorly run. This is clearly a leadership issue. The employees aren’t the real problem—the supervisor doesn’t manage, doesn’t correct behavior, and doesn’t set standards. Until corporate replaces the supervisor or retrains the whole team, this location will remain the worst Go Car Wash in the area.
