Roy was amazing! and so was the entire personnel! The work they did looks absolutely fantastic and I would recommend anyone who needs work done to their vehicle to do so at Hark Reconditioning. My car hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it. Would most definitely be going back.

Excellent customer service experience. They totally earned my trust. The quality of work is also outstanding. I had some car damage that needed body work. I love how they left my car, like nothing ever happened! The turn around time was also super fast. I needed my car soon, they were able to accommodate and consider my time sensitivity. Roy did an amazing job and kept me updated about the progress at all times. I highly appreciate that as that made me feel more comfortable. I enjoyed their welcoming experience, attentive to details and friendly staff.

We took our new 2022 Subaru Outback to Hark Reconditioning to have a ceramic coating applied to the exterior paint. We arranged this with Dominic. He was very good about walking us through the process and keeping us informed while it was in the shop. The shop manager (Roy) was a pleasure to work with. He also told us about upkeep and the 3-year warranty. The coating came out GREAT! It is brilliant, and extremely slick. Water slides right off, and dust or pollen is easily brushed off with a microfiber car brush. We are very pleased with the work done as well as working with Roy and his crew. The price was also very good compared to other area shops that do this coating. We highly recommend Hark Reconditioning. Jeff C. (Grand Prairie)
