My jacket in the car and then I was waiting when it will be done and when my car will be clean and I was sitting in the room, there is actually AC works a lot, and I wanna take the jacket from the car and view it and then when I went out, I saw there is a guy who sit on my jacket, and after that it was totally Georgia, so I said it was not like this before when I came to your place and actually this is like a few times when I’m here and I was always happy with the service and actually I was OK even he sit on my jacket but after I saw with Georgie, nobody gives me any responsibility. Nobody said me they can sit on my clothes and even they don’t response after it was Georgie I said what is this when I came my jacket was clean and if you take everything from the car outside, and if you can sit on my private jacket and on my clothes and make it dirty and even not response and even don’t pay attention so this is the last time when I come here and unfortunately, I am super super mad and I’m super unhappy with the service at all.

I brought my work truck in absolutely covered in mud, inside and out. I’m talking full-on job site condition, not something most places would even want to touch. When I got it back, I honestly couldn’t believe it was the same truck. The exterior was spotless, paint shining like new, and every bit of mud completely gone. But what really impressed me was the interior. It went from dirty and worn to looking and smelling fresh, like it had just rolled off the lot. They didn’t rush it, they didn’t cut corners, and it shows. Attention to detail was on point from top to bottom. If you’ve got a truck that actually gets used and you want it brought back to life, this is the place. Straight up — worth every dollar.

1 out of 5 stars – Very disappointed! This isn’t my first time coming here and the same experience happed 2yrs ago I should have learned my lesson then, but it’s definitely my last. I paid $95 for a full service, and my SUV was left filthy inside and out. The bumpers still had dirt and unwashed, the wheels were covered in brake dust, and the interior cup holders, door panels, and cargo area were still dusty and sticky. It looks like they barely touched the car. For the price, this is completely unacceptable — nothing about it says “full service.” I expected a clean car, not one that looks the same as when I dropped it off. Will definitely not recommend. Hollywood’s Finest to not to wash your vehicle properly. What a shame.
