HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! 6 years ago I brought my new vehicle to be tinted. I was upsold to a ceramic tint because according to the Ms. assisting me the carbon would interfere with my radio signal as my antenna was integrated into my rear window. The benefits of ceramic made sense so I upgraded. The tint started to fade and I chose an honest company who showed me with their reader that my existing tint was in fact carbon. Sad that I fell for this scam.

These place will do a job that'll make them lose costumers faster than their own easy work I don't even think they know how to use their own equipments and if i was trained to do this and had the equipments to do it my self I could've done way better than these fools. The only thing you'll appreciate here when u come is there pool table- RALPH MIRANDA

I am a repeat customer. I had my Camaro done a couple of years ago and returned to get my Murano done. Awesome place, fair pricing, knowledgeable and friendly techs. I plan to have more tinting done here.

I bought my car in 2019 and got recommend HQ Window Tint so I had all five windows tinted a few months later. The rear & windshield were 5% as the front was 35%. HQ recommended I pay in cash to avoid a card processing fee, so I went to the store next door to withdraw the money. I was very satisfied with the service at the time, but after nearly 6 years, the tint on my windshield started to bubble, making it difficult to see—especially at night. Since I purchased the tint with a lifetime warranty, I reached out to HQ Window for a replacement. Unfortunately, they were unable to find my records because their system only retains them for 4 years. Regrettably, I didn’t keep the receipt or have a billing statement to prove the service was done back in 2019. I wish HQ Window had made it clear how IMPORTANT it would be to hold on to the receipt—had I known, I would’ve laminated it and stored it somewhere safe. Lesson learned: always KEEP your receipt. And if you decide to get your windows tinted at HQ, make sure to store your receipt somewhere secure!

Super happy with the work HQ did on my Tesla model 3! They’re friendly, professionals and knowledgeable. Their top priority is customer satisfaction and excellent quality. I highly recommend this shop. Location is not that great but their shop is super clean with huge tv and nice seating area with a billiard pool, very comfortable to just lounge while you wait. I can’t wait to bring in the rest of our vehicles. Thank you Tru, Toussaint & crew for an amazing job!
