First time using this car wash. I paid for the full service package, but in the end there were still lots of stains and dirt left inside the car, and it honestly looked like they didn’t even vacuum it properly — even though the car wasn’t that dirty to begin with. Definitely not coming back here again. Don’t waste your money.

It's my go-to. Been going there for years. The guys are great. I have several cars so I go very often. They've been consistently good for years with no management turnover.

One of the team members decided to accept a software update in my car!? Had to sit around for another hour to let the update finish. Completely threw off my schedule. Car was barely vacuumed and seats weren’t even wiped down.

Just left the place and while it's still fresh in mind let me tell you what happened: I get there around 8:30am, I had a coupon I got in the mail that had a discounted price on the custom car wash, I walk up to the guy and ask "what's better, the custom or the morning special?" He says go for the custom which is $3 more then the morning special, before I hand him my keys I say, "please focus on the inside, like really give it a good cleaning INSIDE, there's nothing in the car right now, so I'd appreciate if you gave the inside a good cleaning." He says, "Okay, okay, yeah! Got it!" I pay, I walk across to the 7/11, grab a coffee. See my car off to the side getting wiped down and I get settled to sit there for like at least an hour while they clean. Nope, after 20 mins, at 8:50, cars done! I'm shocked, I'm impressed that they gave my car a good cleaning in just 20 mins, they must've had several guys workin on it to get it done so fast. I tip the guy a few bucks cause I THINK he did a good job, and I drive off... I'm driving and I notice... my console hasn't been wiped down, my windows are still dusty on the inside, AND I can see streak lines and some grime from my wipers on the outsi

Never go to this car wash!! They damaged my car!!!! I would always see lots of nice cars there so I felt safe taking my recently purchased 2018 Mercedes C43 AMG there for a hand wash (paid extra). I purchased this car 3 weeks ago so I'm very familiar with every little scratch or blemish. Everything like good but when I got back to work I noticed this deep scratch in the panel. I would have DEFINITELY noticed if this was there before. I KNOW IT HAPPENED AT THE CAR WASH!! So i take it back. I don't really know what I was expecting, no one is honest these days so how could you expect a business to have integrity, to be responsible. Basically the guy there said I had no proof, or it was probably already there, or I'M TRYING TO SCAM HIM. He tried to tell me the sun did it. If you value your vehicle, stay away from this place. This woman with a new Porsche truck over heard me and decided she was going to video her car BEFORE the wash, so she would have proof after. Is this where we've come to!? Is there no integrity left in this world?? Guess I'll be taping my car pre- wash from now on, just in case. Man!!! If I could give less than a star i would. Never going back here.
