I recently had my truck windows tinted at Imperial Works and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Scheduling was simple. They were quick to respond when I had a few questions about my tent options . When I showed up the owner of Imperial Works David and Jenny and the rest of the staff were very helpful and easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and helped me choose the right tint without making it complicated.The shop was clean and organized, which gave me a good feeling right away . The install didn't take long and the quality came out great no bubbles just clean work all the way around. It's made a noticeable difference with the heat and glare and it also gave my truck a much better luck. They also went over aftercare so I know how to keep it looking great overall really solid experience I'd definitely go back and recommend Imperial Works. If you're thinking about getting your vehicle windows tinted.

Had a few vehicles wrapped and window tinted here at Imperial Works since inception of the shop. The owners (David and Wesley) prior experience was with automotive collision so doing partial to full vehicle body wraps is a walk in the park with the combined knowledge of the imperial works staff. The best parts of the Imperial Works experience are: 1) Communication - From appointment to delivery of the finished vehicle, the staff is in full communication during the whole process. 2) Customer Service - The experience doesn’t just end at pick up…. If any other questions or problems arise …. They will take care of your concerns. Don’t just take my word for it…. But with the other testimonials reviewed here also.

Needed to get my 25 Civic Hybrid tinted and multiple friends recommended Imperial Works. They had done theirs as well and did such an incredible job. Wesley and the whole team were so informative and walked me through the entire process. Took all of their suggestions and it exceeded my expectations with how quickly i was able to get it done and the quality of the work. Looked like a brand new car after they were done with it. I love the little detail of putting stickers on the window controls to ensure the curing period went smoothly. Wonderful experience!

In 2021, I took my Model 3 to Imperial Works to be wrapped. The team was extremely professional and communicative, providing me with updates and photos of the car throughout the entire process. I absolutely loved the final result! Just last week, I returned to Imperial to have the wrap removed and restore the car to its original condition, as I am moving to a different country. The entire process went smoothly once again. The team at Imperial was fantastic—everyone from Jenny at the front desk to the technicians in the shop. My car looks brand new! They genuinely care about their clients and always deliver the highest quality service. I will definitely return to Imperial in the future!
