I honestly can't say enough good things about Iron Horse RV. What started as a very stressful insurance claim turned into one of the best customer service experiences I've had. The repairs themselves came out excellent—the RV looks fantastic, the damaged rear corner was restored beautifully, and they even completed a thorough bumper-to-bumper inspection and took care of additional maintenance items while it was there. But what really stood out was the people. Gina was absolutely incredible. She went to bat for me with Geico every step of the way and helped navigate what became a complicated insurance process. She kept me informed, advocated for the repairs that needed to be done, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. There is no way I could have managed that process on my own. Throughout the entire experience, everyone at Iron Horse treated me like a person instead of just another repair ticket. They answered my questions, were patient when I needed extra time, worked with my scheduling, and even accommodated keeping it at the shop longer so a potential buyer could inspect the repairs. Iron Horse is great! Gina , Raymond, Russell and Chad all contributed to the best experience ever. It's not often you find technicians that will talk directly to the customer and the customer feels good about it. Iron Horse should be used as the standard all others should held too. We have and will continue to go out of our way to take advantage of Iron Horse!

I had freeze damage to my Truma AquaGo waterheater. Called Iron Horse to make an appointment. We are full timers and the wait was about a month but the repairs were done in 3 days. They had all the parts in stock and one of the few qualified repair places. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend.

Iron Horse is by far the best and most qualified RV service center in San Antonio. I have owned all types of RVs for over 40 years and been to many service facilities throughout the country, and Iron Horse is in my Best of the Best category. They are capable of handling ANY repair or service, no need to even consider going elsewhere!
