I took the promotional offer today to test their service as this service was close to my house. I took the Interior super clean with extra cleaning needed package. As I took the car I found that my dashboard is unclean, lights on the roof is unclean and my seats were unclean. I reported it to the manager and he said it was not part of the package. Interesting. Moreover, the manager was like I don’t care if you come back or not and he told me only face! Cancelling the subscription and never going back in again 😡

I have a monthly membership, and I honestly can’t understand why I keep being treated this way. Today, on July 4th, I came in to get my car washed, and for the third time, I was pulled out of the line and told I couldn’t receive the service that I pay for every single month. This is completely unacceptable. What’s the point of paying for a membership if I’m not allowed to use it? It makes no sense that other customers are given priority while paying members are turned away. As a loyal customer, I expect to receive the service I’m paying for—not to be sent away repeatedly. Because of these repeated experiences, I will be canceling my membership today. This has been, by far, the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the way paying members are treated is unacceptable. You are losing a loyal customer because of poor customer service and the repeated failure to honor the membership that I have faithfully paid for every month. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

Kris at wash bay #1 went above and beyond to ensure my Tahoe left the wash bay immaculate with no bugs. My interaction with him was very professional and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very happy to be a iShine member when my local one has top notch quality service.

Hi!! I’m just chiming in to say that my service with Chima at iShine has been nothing short of spectacular! He’s friendly and extremely consistent in giving your car the care that it needs. Every time that I visit, I hope to see him because I know that he will get the job done based on what HE sees that needs to happen. I never have to say a word. I’ve been coming here since 2018, and this is still my favorite car wash. The price is great, and the employees—both inside the lobby and out—are always kind and hardworking. Thank you for consistently doing a wonderful job. Until next time.
