My minivan was full of crud. An 04 that hasn’t been cleaned in a couple years. It is the dog to the beach vehicle., camping, etc. They refused the 80.00 package telling me I wouldn’t be happy. They did the 60 one. For 60 they did what I was hoping for with the 80. The inside was wiped down (no, it wasn’t perfect, but you have to be realistic). The windows were cleaned well inside and out. The car shone like I’ve never seen. Tires are pretty new so they responded to the dressing pretty well. From here it is still a full day detail if I want to do it myself, but it is good enough to take the picky on laws to the airport. 😊

I got the $80 spa cleaning package at Jack’s Car Wash and overall it was okay, but I’m not sure it was worth the price. The car definitely looked cleaner, but there were still a lot of spots in the center console that were missed, and the trunk wasn’t vacuumed at all. For $80, I was expecting a little more attention to detail. The staff was nice and the service wasn’t bad, but I left feeling like the job was only partially done. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I don’t know if I’d pay for the spa package again unless the quality improves.

Quick and convenient. I got the full body express. I didn't have to wait very long to the pre-wash. Staff was helpful guide me my car onto the track. The overall wash got about 80% (exterior dirt, bird droppings, etc). A couple of spots on the window moldings couldn't be reached. For such a quick service and a reasonable price, that meets expectations.

I went to Jack’s Car Wash earlier today and was honestly appalled by the way both the service and management handled the situation. The quality of the wash was extremely poor, and it was obvious that there was little to no quality control being done before vehicles were returned to customers. When I politely pointed out several issues with the work, instead of addressing the concerns professionally, the manager became aggressive and confrontational. Throughout the interaction, the manager repeatedly cursed at me and attempted to intimidate me rather than resolve the issue like a professional business should. The situation escalated to the point where the manager attempted to physically confront me, and I ultimately felt unsafe enough that I had to call the police. No customer should ever have to deal with this type of behavior over a basic service complaint. Professionalism, accountability, and customer safety should be the bare minimum for any business. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this car wash altogether.

I've been catering to Jack's every 3-4 months for 5 years and have always had good washes. Yes, Jack's pricing has gone up significantly the last 2 years like most businesses but the quality of the washes and service has remained excellent for my washes.

I feel ripped off! I paid 27usd for their best exterior wash which included cleaning the wheels! My car came out dirty and there was no undercarriage wash! There is a place in mountain view called Kaady car washes that does a much better job for 15usd.

I've been a member here for almost a year. In the beginning, they cleaned my car really well, so I recommended them to four friends, and we all drive to this car wash from San Francisco. However, they're not taking care of our cars anymore. Even though I pay for the top-of-the-line full membership every month, my car mats are still dirty. They charge an extra $20 to wash, and I've never received or had any car air freshener applied to my car. I think my four friends and I will be looking for another car wash.

We got the basic $60 for car wash and interior cleaning. The results was great. Our car was cleaned spotless. And, while waiting for the staff to clean the interior, there was a cafe next to the car cleaning area for people to wait in. Can’t say it was the best, but at least they did provide snacks and refreshments and a place to relax. Good quality car wash!
