I happened to be in the area with some time to kill, so I decided to get my car washed. I had originally planned to come here, but after seeing a couple of negative reviews on yelp, I passed it up and went to Bellagio Express Wash instead. Once I got there, I realized it was a self-service wash, and in nearly 100-degree weather, I was definitely not in the mood to wash my own car. So I circled back and decided to give JN Car Wash a chance, and I’m so glad I did. I chose the second-lowest wash package and honestly wasn’t expecting much, especially since they were pretty busy. But they completely exceeded my expectations. My car came out looking fantastic. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail. I have custom floor mats, and the last few times I’ve gone to other car washes, they’ve either put them back incorrectly or just thrown them in without much care. Here, they took the time to put everything back exactly the way it belonged. It may seem like a small thing, but as someone who takes pride in my car, I really appreciated it. Love this place they are always very friendly and do a very thorough job. I don’t have to tell them to touch any area up cause they have great attention to detail on their own. I have a BMW and I’m very picky with who washes my car and I don’t like to go to the drive-through car washes, so this is perfect. They wash it with care by hand and no scratches are left behind. Would highly recommend and nice relaxing seating area with umbrellas and some nice cafes and lunch spots walking distance to entertain yourself while you wait.

I was looking for a great hand wash spot and this spot was excellent. I have a bigger truck and paid around $60-70 which was fair. The price was comparable to other spots maybe just a little higher. The process took about 45-60 mins, mainly because they took their time and were very thorough on cleaning your car. It wasn’t just one person doing your vehicle, it was multiple people rejuvenating your car’s shine. It took longer but I appreciated the level of care/cleaning they gave. Tipping system for them is a tip jug that they all split. I’d definitely go back here again.

I took my work truck that hadn't been washed in a very long time... I paid $85 dollars to have a good wash inside and out. When I left they were closing I noticed my windows were still very dirty... I couldn't see well through them. I went home and ran my finger through the dirt on my windshield and realized there was a dirt film on my window... I was not happy to have just paid $85 plus a $5 tip and still have it dirty... I know they have all the chemicals to get the job done, but didn't do a good job, in fact did a horrible job. I will never waist my hard earned money there again... I ended up putting a hard water remover solution on my windows and took off the film myself... see photos below. In images you can see where I cleaned the drivers side half and the passenger side still dirty...

I definitely won’t be going back to this place. I had just come home from a two month work trip and brought my car in for a hand wash. It was filthy and they asked for a 10 dollar increase over their hand wash price of $35 dollars to cover the extra time needed to wash it properly. That’s totally reasonable. However when I received the car it still had way more dirt deposits than is acceptable.
