I have been a customer of this car wash for about five years, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. I purchased the premium wash package that was supposed to include a wax treatment. After the first wash, my car was still dirty and there was no indication that any wax had been applied. An employee suggested that I run the car through the wash a second time. Unfortunately, after the second wash, the results were no better. My car was still not properly cleaned, and I still did not receive the wax service that I paid for. I also noticed another customer ahead of me who had to go through the wash again because his vehicle came out with soap still on it. I spoke with the manager, Edgar, and explained the situation. I was disappointed to learn that they would not offer a refund, a rain check, or any credit toward a future visit, despite the fact that I did not receive the service I paid for. I understand that problems can happen, but what matters is how a business responds when they do. After being a loyal customer for years, I expected better customer service and a reasonable solution. Instead, I left having paid for a premium service that was never delivered. Base

Warning to anyone using this car wash. Before entering the car wash, I took pictures of my wheels because they had been scratched here before. I reported the previous incidents, but nothing was done about it. During this wash, I actually felt the impact while my car was going through the machine, and afterward I found new damage on my wheel. The photos speak for themselves. I am a monthly member and have experienced issues here more than three times. After this latest incident, I have decided to cancel my membership. I’m not telling people not to come here, but I do recommend taking pictures of your wheels before entering and checking them carefully afterward. Please be careful if you choose to use this car wash.

I purchased the basic wash. Nothing wrong with the wash itself, but I was given a duplicate charge when purchasing. Two different transaction names, so this was intentional. The person helping me stood there hovering my card over the reader for a suspiciously long amount of time. Be careful everyone.

Find a different car wash! Horrible service. When called out on their lack of professionalism they block your number and forward business line to voicemail. My windshield was cracked after using this service; I’m a reasonable person if you provide me with proof that my windshield was damaged prior to using the car wash I can understand that and I would happily move on with my day. However this manager named Edgar Ruiz decides to send me a video. I don’t see any damages and I explicitly email him asking those questions just as any other person will do. In order to avoid he said she said claims; I asked for him to respond in writing. He couldn’t understand that and instead calls me tells me your report is denied and tells me to come in and he will point out where the damage is. You would think a business would have insurance(I don’t think they have it) to cover these issues and provide customers with experience and proof of damages. Instead all I got was a piece of paper with his writing saying this is denied. The guy is a joke.

I been coming here awhile. I like the fact they clean the water and it doesn't smell like the one by on n out. What is turning me off is the aggressive sales tactics. They try to sell you an upgrade at the selection of car wash cool, but then again as you enter the wash, then approach you while your dying and vacuuming. I get you have to make a buck, but 3xs to say no is s bit much
