I guess you get what you pay for…. We didn’t pay much and got even less. The “repairs” he did need to be redone correctly. He damaged the refrigerator and floor in the process of “repairs”, and was supposed to repair the damages he caused. He is not returning calls or texts. Seems like a nice guy but I wouldn’t recommend him to fix anything.

I am sadly changing my original review. I reached out to John about 3 weeks ago due to a window leaking during a rain storm. I also wanted to schedule having him come to close our Fifth Wheel and check it during the six months we will be in New Jersey. We wanted him to open it when we come back in November. John has not answered my phone calls. His voice-mail says it is full. He hasn't answered my text messages. We were thrilled thinking we found the help we need as we are heading North Monday. Instead we are leaving here disappointed. I am beyond thrilled that I found John's Mobile RV Repair when my awning stopped working. You don't find service like John offers very easily. The day I put in a call for help, he got back to me in a very timely manner to schedule an appointment which I didn't have to wait long for. Even more impressive is how professional and knowledgeable he is. The problem was figured out in minutes, and our awning is in working order. In addition, he spent time addressing some questions we had as new RV owners. We will definitely continue to have John provide for our services needs. . . washing the trailer, yearly inspection, and caring for it while

We recently used John for repairs after tire blowouts caused significant damage to our toy hauler. He called us back promptly and came out to give us a quote. He also fixed an issue with our electrical because our microwave and a/c wouldn't work off the generator. He was always very pleasant and was knowledgeable about our needs and got the job done quickly. Would definitely use him again for any of our RV needs.

WHAT An AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I was in a bind being we live in Florida during the summer and my RV was 97 inside and ac was out. I had previously made 10+ calls looking for help (with few answers and those that did would only commit to calling back.) when John answered. He was not only polite but extremely professional. He informed me he was on a job and would do his best to get to me asap. He kept me informed all along and showed up sooner then expected. He was in and out in no time and had my ac back on. He informed me on recommendations and coached me through some operations going above and beyond. (You can certainly tell he cares and takes pride.) He charged a fair price and was a true professional. I highly recommend and will be using him again. Thank you John!

Great service! After calling a few companies to help us fix a slide issue on our camper John was the most responsive. We found John to be very professional with a wealth of knowledge.
