I cannot say enough about this business and the customer support that they have. I use both the Harker Heights and Copperas Cove locations and the service is amazing. I have a Tesla and cringed every time I went through the tunnel style washes. It scratched my Ram truck up badly. To top that off a bug stayed on my truck with 4 of the brush washes. I switched both of my vehicles to this touchless wash through this business and my vehicles now stay clean. Awesome business and customer service.

The things I like is it’s 24 hours so you can go any time. It’s very well lighted. Near a lot of businesses. I like that you can use your debit card. Love that they have different options to wash your car. There is no attendant.24 hour drive through. Negatives you needed coins for the vacuum and the scent. Parking and vacuums are limited. for as much as you pay that should come free. For the same price I could’ve got interior and exterior done and decent. The other thing is the pressure for the water is so strong. You would think it’s peeling the paint off your car other than that it’s convenient. Is it my favorite one no, it is an option. Will I go back again probably so

Wife is very happy with results of touches car wash. She is very particular with how her Subaru Outback is treated. We will definitely be back and would recommend this car wash to family and friends.

Since I've lived in Killeen, I have always taken my vehicles here and used the auto wash and vacuums. I like this place because it's quiet and well lit (sometimes I can only make it in the evening/night) plus there's cameras. The owner is really nice. I spoke with him during my recent visit, and he was telling me about their new Laser Wash. The auto brush wash still works, but he said this was a lot quicker and does a better job. I was having a bad experience with my spouse taking my car to all these big fancy car washes, because they leave this awful film on my windshield making it hard to see when the suns beaming or when it's raining. I personally like to detail my own car so I went back to my stomping grounds at Knight Rider and when I tell you this laser wash experience (I got the Ultimate Package) was $20 well spent! My car came out real nice, and no film on the windows. This is my car after the wash and my full detailing. I'll use the laser again! Also the owner mentioned a membership fee to pay if you want, and go as many times through the wash as you want! Check it out!

Went here for the touchfree wash. Bought the best wash they had. Entered the wash and the underbody wash never turned on. The machine bairly made the car wet and a low pressure pre rinse. The soap was thin and sparingly. The machine made 2 passes along the car after the soap, but nothing was coming out of the arms. The final rinse again bairly rinsed the car with very lottle pressure. The dryers only half worked. Came out if the wash and the car still had lots of soap still all over the car. Never using this place again. No one there working to complain to and get money back.
