I use to love this car wash. It needs updated. (Been driving from Dolly Parton Pkwy to here for past 10 years.) The vacuum took my money. Then the car wash took (4)- $1.00 bills & no service. I had to move over to a different bay & spent $6.00 Then went through automatic car was.... still dirty I ended up spending over $25.00 here today & my truck is still not satisfactory. Unhappy customer.

I went today to use the automatic car wash. I paid my $10, pulled in to the bay. The machine soaped up my car, then stopped. I had to go to the self service side to try to rinse it off. Now I have streaks on my car and windows. Tried to call the number posted, no one answered, and the mailbox was full. The website also did not work. I am very disappointed. I have used this car wash several times, but I won’t be back.

Self wash bay is fine to me. I don't use the brushes at any car wash so can't speak to that but the pressure and soap was fine to me. In from VA.

It's both a self wash and automatic car wash. I used the automatic wash., the full service wash price is cheaper than a basic wash at newer carwashes. You do have to pay for vacuuming, but the wash did a better job than most other expensive carwashes. Didn't miss any spots!! Great place to go for a clean car when you're on the go.

Pretty good, touch free car wash. Has 2 auto bays, and multiple self wash bays. Ultimate is only $13 and it's thorough in touch-less wash. And it is operational in the winter, which is very nice when you need to get the salt off your car. Undercarriage wash is in auto wash also.
