My wife and I came here yesterday and paid for the full-service option. Unfortunately, the car wash system broke down during our first attempt, so we were told to exit and wait in line again. We did, and the second wash worked. The real problem happened afterward. At the exit, I was about to turn left toward the full-service vacuum and hand-drying area when a manager named Hugo stopped me and told me to turn right toward self-service. When I asked why, he immediately said, “Because you did not pay for full service.” I told him we absolutely did and showed him the receipt. After looking at it, instead of acknowledging his mistake, he came to my window and rudely said, “You are blocking other cars,” and insisted that I turn right. I asked again why I couldn’t go to the service I had paid for. This time, Hugo told me, “The full service is closed.” That was not true. While we were starting to vacuum the car ourselves, my wife and I spoke with another employee, who confirmed that full service was NOT closed and told us to bring the car over so they could take care of it. Used to go here all the time. I regularly paid the $14 car wash because it came with 50% off the next wash. Over time the dryer section of the wash became worse and worse. On warmer days I would have water spots before I could even turn the corner to hand dry it myself. The air hose to get the water out of the cracks was great, until they decided to turn it off. Its almost as if they purposely made those parts worse to get people to pay more for the full service, which isn't that great as well.

Broke my rear wiper twice in two months because they were too lazy to tape wiper. Offered two cheap washes which doesn't even cover the repair cost. Don't go here!

This place is amazing! They charge $70 per car, but they offer a discount if you bring more than one. They have super clean, drying vacuums and hand wax, and their work is quick and really detailed. Two guys team up to work on each car, and they’re done in just 40 minutes! If you’d rather wash your own car, you can use the priciest one, which is $14. Just remember to keep the code on the receipt, because the next car wash with a 30-day discount will be 50% off. Just a heads-up, they sometimes close before 7 PM, so it’s best to get there before 6:30 PM if you’re doing self-service. The detailing hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Best car wash in the area. Quick and lots of options for either automatic or full service washes. Friendly employees. Plus if you choose the cheaper self serve option they have free vacuums and washcloths to wipe down the inside of the car.
