After trying every self-serve car wash in Killeen over the past 10 years, I was consistently disappointed. Many locations had broken equipment, weak water pressure, worn-out brushes, poor lighting, dirty bays, or simply looked like they hadn't been maintained. It often felt like I was paying for a wash without getting the results I expected. That's exactly why I was excited when S1N Suds opened. The difference is obvious. The bays are clean, the equipment is being upgraded, the water pressure is strong, and the owner is actively investing in improvements instead of letting the property decline. They also offer convenient payment options and continue adding new features to improve the customer experience. If you've been frustrated with the condition of other self-serve washes around Killeen, I'd recommend giving S1N Suds on WS Young a try. Haven't used this in a while, today went to use brush, hose leaks soap all over me as I'm trying to use it. Made a mess, lost my money. No soap in spray gun. Went to use vacuum, tried one and didn't work, gave up and left. What is really going on. I put money in machine not knowing if it works until it doesn't. This is not a roll the dice kinda thing. To the owner: If you're interested in selling this place let me know. Cause this is ridiculous that nothing works. Yet you collecting change..I'm looking for a business. I'll take care of all these issues. Not trying to be rude but bays should be working or closed, not find out at moment you try and use it and I don't get my money back for it not working at the time I use it or at all.

Machine just ate $2 and never came on. The phone number posted on the door is disconnected. The brake shop next door told me it’s the owner’s brother, but there is no way to get in touch with him. I guess I’m out a couple of bucks. Where can I wash my floor mats?

This place took 10$ from me. There was no one to be found at location for help. Place is old and ran down would not recommend if you enjoy cleaning your vehicle by hand
