Just got the top package here and they did an amazing job on my vehicle. I used to work for another car wash chain and they can't even compare to the job they did on my vehicle. Absolutely would recommend this location. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the GM there was very friendly and respectful. 💯

The best car wash in town. They're always busy but the wait is never as long as their competitors', and the crew at the end of the tunnel does a great job of hand-drying your vehicle. And unlike their competitors this car wash always has plenty of clean microfiber towels available in the vacuum area.

This car wash is THE TRUTH!! They offer great customer service and amazing amenities. Not only that, but they always make sure your car is squeaky clean! I highly recommended Lone star suds over any other car wash! The best in Lubbock, no doubt!

*edited 6-15-26 Sadly took off 2 stars today. We've been a dozen times or more in the past year and definitely 5 star every time (see my review below). But today was disappointing. It was the busiest I've ever seen it at about 4:15. There were 3 people doing the prescrub- they barely touched my car. One swipe across the windshield was it. We were coming in from a trip with bug splats, water spots and not sure 'what' on the windshield. 4 people were drying and took about 15 20 seconds is all . Although it looked better than when we came in, some bug splats remained on the grill and front bumper, there were milky runs out of crevices, and the black speckles remained on the windshield. I'm pretty sure they'd have let me go through again because they are always so nice. But it was so busy and I needed to get to the mechanic to pick up my husband before they closed so I didn't have time to wait in line again. Hopefully this isn't the new norm. We'll still go back because of the great service prior to today * previous review -This place is the BEST in Lubbock. Always have 2-3 people at the start spraying and a scrubbing off the bugsplats.
