First ,thank you provide is your truck stop .working team is very helper and friendly.All is good truck stop inside ,snacks ,drinks and food ,please the little bit the shower room needs a clean up and cerifully used .thank you Long Beach travel plaza

Place is Horrible. Very Small with No Parking. Shower was disgustingly dirty, they don't clean them between customers and the showers have no toilet and the hot water ran out in about 2 minutes. People outside literally harassing / begging for money. Lot is filthy, homeless druggies everywhere. I will never Go back. I will never have anything good to say about this place or the employees here.

This evil man told me and my fiancé we couldn’t shower together after we paid. My husband and I paid $20 each for a shower, which already felt expensive, but what made it worse was the staff telling us we weren’t allowed to shower together. These are private, unisex truck stop showers, and nowhere during payment were we told there were restrictions like that. If the policy is one person per shower, that should be clearly communicated before charging people $40. Instead, we paid first and were then treated like we were doing something wrong for simply wanting to shower together as a married couple. It felt unnecessary, uncomfortable, and honestly like a money grab. If this location truly enforces a “one person per shower” policy, that must be clearly communicated before taking people’s money. After looking into California consumer protection laws, including Business & Professions Code §§17200 and 17500, it’s clear that businesses are expected to be transparent about the terms and conditions of a service before accepting payment. Charging customers and then imposing restrictions afterward is extremely questionable from a consumer protection standpoint. If this location is going

I paid for a shower with my husband we are traveling and need one… anyways the Mexican man told us one person after we already. He made A HUGE DEAL ABOUT US NOT SHOWERING TOGETHER. He REALLY CARES if married couples shower together. He’s a real peace breaker. Problem starter for no reason. I’m not sure why married couples can’t pay to shower in a unisex bathroom…. I’ll be reporting this to corporate and take all steps to escalate this. It’s 2026 married couples can’t shower in unisex showers ? Be so for real.

If you’ve got $18, you’ve got 20 minutes for a shower. Of course, by “shower,” you have running hat water for about $1/minute. The garbage can was loaded, in the event I needed to find something I’d forgotten to bring. On that note, there was no paper towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, or even towels and wash clothes. What they did provide is a genuine aroma of already-been-digested dinner from someone the night before between the shower mats. As I left, my vehicle was swarming with oversized “flies” checking out what they felt they may be able to take and run without being rundown. Nothing! It was all strapped down—it had to be, as my journey to arrive at my 18 - minute rinse took over an hour to get there. The girl at the counter was especially sweet, and the manager seemed pleasant enough. I suppose I was shocked at anticipating the travel centers from Utah I was accustomed to seeing. Needless to say, I didn’t see any.
