Great experience. They installed my subwoofer quickly and professionally. Everything was mounted securely, wiring was clean, and the system sounds amazing. These guys saved me. Another shop in Vallejo installed a Sony XAV-AX6000 in my 2016 Avalon with the premium JBL system and somehow made it sound terrible. When I went back, they claimed the Sony was the problem and that I had a blown dash speaker, then tried to sell me a $600 Pioneer replacement and additional labor. I drove over an hour to Loud City for a second opinion. They quickly found the real issue: the previous shop had wired the Maestro interface incorrectly, using RCA inputs instead of the proper speaker wire connections. My Sony unit was fine, and the speaker wasn’t blown. What impressed me most was their honesty. Dave spent time in my car listening to multiple songs and adjusting settings to investigate a bit of static I heard. Instead of trying to sell me new speakers, he explained that the issue appeared to be with the recording itself and encouraged me to keep listening before spending any more money. Juan was friendly, patient, and even gave me a small discount because of the drive. Great service, fair pricing, a clean waiting area, and genuinely honest people. I highly recommend Loud City—they were absolutely worth the trip.

I had a great experience at this audio system store. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just pushing expensive options.
