I have to say, one of the best people at this Love’s location, isn’t even a Love’s CSR, it’s one of Love’s fuel delivery drivers, David. I’ve seen him more than once deliver fuel, then turn around and help a female truck driver with a child find a parking spot at 2:00 a.m. The next day, I saw him helping other drivers with small issues and making sure they were safe while they park and sleep. He goes above and beyond every single day without expecting anything in return. David deserves recognition and a lot of respect for the outstanding person he is. People like him make a real difference in the trucking community.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received at Love's Tire Shop. My semi-truck and trailer had multiple tire issues and air leaks that needed immediate attention, and Kurtis, Zach, Keaton, Blake and the entire team went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly and safely. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I come into Love’s on Duval Rd pretty often, and I really wanted to give a shoutout to Leann and Heather. You can tell how hard they work every time they are there. They are always moving, helping customers, and making sure everything looks great. Every time I come in during their shift, the store is spotless and it always smells so clean and fresh. It really makes a difference and says a lot about the pride they take in their work. Great people, great energy, and always a great experience coming in here.

4 EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND TALKING FOR OVER 15 MINUTES WHILE DRIVERS WAITING FOR YOU TO CLEAN SHOWERS THAT WERE WIDE OPEN WAITING TO BE CLEANED. AND I STOOD AND WATCHED DUDE NOT SWEEP, NOT MOP THE FLOOR AND NEVER CLEANED THE TOILET THAT HAD PISS ON IT, AFTER I ENTERED I HAD TO ASK HIM TO COME CLEAN IT. IS THIS HOW LOVES TREATS THEIR # 1 CUSTOMERS. ?

I've been coming here for quite some time now and this is my favorite loves in Jacksonville. Gwen, Xuma, D'Angelo and the whole team are just wonderful people. The customer service has been nothing but amazing. The truckers area is always nice, clean, and neat. These wonder people make sure their store is always one of cleanest gas stations you can attend during your visit and if it's not clean due to them being unaware they get right to it as quick as possible. I pray their manager keep them as a team together because compliments to upper management they have the right ones together and make loves a place of peace coming to visit. It's always a joy to walk in here. Definitely worth the stop.
