I brought my car to Lozanos. It had a streak of a chemical afterwards that I had never seen. The guy working on it tried to take care of it but it left a permanent freak on my car. I wish I would have taken a picture before. The worst part of the whole experience was that the manager and one other worker angrily dismissed it when I asked for help. It went beyond rude. I think they were telling me it wasn’t a chemical they put on my some liquid that got on car before they washed it. But I couldn’t tell because of how dismissive they were and just walked away. Maybe it was there before? I don’t know. By that’s easily the most disrespectful service I e encountered. Definitely won’t be going back

When my car was ready, I opened a door and noticed the car didn't look like it was wiped down. I grabbed a towel and started to wipe the particularly dirty parts, as I'm not super picky and didn't want to bother their staff with a complaint. An old man (I believe his name is Frank? -- I've seen him many times before...he used to sell barbecue ribs to customers while they waited for their cars) aggressively approached me and immediately escalated the situation. He first put his hands on my car, slamming the doors shut. When I told him not to touch my car, he put his hands on me, telling me to leave. When I've seen him in the past (and even bought ribs from him! He used to sell barbecue to customers waiting for their cars), he seemed peaceful and nice enough. He's getting up there in age, and obviously his demeanor has changed. Anyway, his behavior was totally uncalled for. Multiple staff members approached him and tried to calm him down. They asked if I speak Spanish (the only langauge they spoke), which I do, and they apologized for his behavior and let me know I could continue to wipe my car down. Terrible service. I took my car here to get washed, and they did a horrible job—it was barely cleaned at all, with dirt and spots still all over. To make matters worse, they charged me $45 for this poor quality. Absolute waste of money. I will never come back and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone

Took my car in for a wash and after running it through their machine my mirror cap came off and was damaged. Mind you this is basically a brand new car with no prior accidents. The owner, Harold, was extremely rude and condescending and failed to take responsibility or even look into the matter. He told me the mirror cap must’ve just fallen off by itself and that his machines don’t cause that kind of damage. Keep in mind his employee pulled my mirror cap out of his machine. Harold told me to file a claim through insurance if I wanted to, but when I asked for the company’s insurance policy he refused to provide it. Law enforcement got involved and he still refused to provide them with any insurance information. I spoke with the officer who also reiterated Harold’s poor attitude and lack of professionalism. If you have a car you care about I wouldn’t bring it here.

I thought $45 car wash also include interior??? They put the car through the machine twice and i also ask the guy to wash for some specific spots, but still the windshield is dirty from inside and the interior is covered in dust. Not to mention the sunroof is still having birddrop residual... What a waste of my time and money
