I’ve been using Lutz Clean Car Wash for about 6 years now. I have no complaints. Customer service is great and the cleaning stations are 24/7. The soaps and other stuff seem high quality.

This car wash works a bit differently than others which have the stop dial you turn that times out so be sure to read the signs. I didn't realize this and ended up with a $30 charge (which I was told is the max it will ever charge you if you forget to stop it earlier). I sent an email to them and they got back to me fast, and they zelled the entire amount back to me. Great customer service for a car wash, ignore the negative reviews from people complaining about the overcharge who simply didn't reach out to them and just ate the charge.

I love this place for hand washing my car! The option to pay with your card instead of just coins coupled with the cleanliness of the place is why I initially chose this place a couple months ago, and I've stayed because it is clean (can you tell I'm quite particular about this?) and has everything I need for my washes. And now, I will keep coming back because Mike truly cares about his customers. I forgot to stop the meter after my wash the last time I was there. When I saw the charge, I immediately called and spoke to Mike who was so kind and understanding, and refunded the overage charge I got as a result of that. What excellent customer service! I hope this place is around for a very long time.

Nicest worker you'll ever meet at a car wash. The automatic wash perfectly aligned with my car, using soft and spongy finger-like brushes, to mitigate chances of micro scratches. Unlike big brand car washes that relentlessly beat the dirt off your car, Lutz Clean Car Wash was able to softly clean my car with precision like care

I read a lot of good things about this car wash. It he self car wash has become a rare species. I am happy they are still around. Unfortunately, many people may have forgotten the basic life competencies on how to behave when the parents are not watching. There are 4 self washing bays and one drive thru washing bay. Unfortunately one bay was broken, one bay was used by someone to fix his car, one bay was a used as a make out spot and one bay did not drain. Leaving me with no option to wash. I know this is not all the owners fault. I had better luck during the day time than in the early evenings and night time. I usually would give this spot a higher ranking as the owner seems to really care. One thing I am confused about is the charge by credit card feature. It shows the time and not the $ amount you get charged. At 11:03 I stopped and the display said I will be charged $5.50 - which I think is a good price. I would prefer the $ amount to show up- as that is more relevant than the minutes I spend cleaning - and it would make me actually spend more money.
