I scheduled a mobile tinting appointment with M&G after a phone call where we agreed on a time window of 4:00–5:00 PM at my job, which worked for me. Later, they contacted me asking if they could come earlier at 1:15 PM, during my lunch break. Even though this was not ideal for my schedule, I agreed to accommodate them. When they arrived, I was waiting for my coworker to return from lunch so I could step away, and I communicated this clearly. I was ready within about 10 minutes, but they decided to leave instead of waiting, stating that they would come back in an hour. At that point, I declined, because if the job was already scheduled and they were going to remain on-site tinting my vehicle anyway, I felt that waiting an additional 10 minutes was reasonable, especially since I had already made adjustments to accommodate their earlier request. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled, as the flexibility ended up being one-sided. I was fully willing to proceed, communicated clearly, and expected a bit more patience and professionalism under the circumstances.

Highly recommend M&G Window Tinting Mobile! I had old window tint that was 13 years old, and they handled the tough removal job with no issues. They were professional, on time, and very detailed. The new tint looks clean, smooth, and flawless. Great quality work, fair pricing, and the convenience of mobile service made it even better. I’ll definitely use them again!

Travelled down to Miami for a quick family visit in our new car and they responded quickly and efficiently to get our two fronts matched to the rears, 25% Lexen carbon tints for the carbon edition Mazda 👍🏻. Great work!

They are amazing and super professional! The best part is they are like a concierge service, they come to you. Very friendly and they are on time. They keep lines of communication open so you know what you're getting and they don't change up the price on you all of a sudden. Very honest company, I'm so glad I went with them. After having gone to Joshua's three times I decided to not be cheap and go with people who wanted my business. My car looks amazing!! Thank you! Look at how beautiful my baby looks 😎
