I pay $149.00 and inside they just did a really basic cleaning, not really good vacuumed, they didn't clean the rubber rags, they just vacuum what you see and that's it. Really poor cleaning service for the price that was charged.

Awesome spot! Very detailed team. My wife parked under a tree the night before and they got that stuff right out. I love that they actually wash the car instead of those drive thru machines too. They have a nice waiting area with AC too. Keep up the great work!

After inspecting my car for the final results, I had quite a unpleasant experience. While inspecting my car after the whole process, I noticed that a lot of the original stains was still there. Some employees noticed my discomfort and gladly tried their best on making it up to the best of their capabilities. After that I still noticed some dirty spots on the outside and the inside. I had some cinnamon residues that they really didn't cleaned properly as well some spots that when I would pass my wet finger through them they would go away. After the first attempt of the employees trying to make it up I still noticed some dirty spots in the inside and outside, to which I wouldn't blame on the staff but more on the supervisor which I think his name was Santiago. One of the employees came and gladly went for some towels and started to clean the cinnamon (which most of it came off easy, and if he had continued for a little more,it would've been gone) and some other spots. But the supervisor came and told him to go continue in the other cars that he would continue helping me. To which wasn't really the case, he told me that my car's paint is not good to which I had already stated bef

By far the worst car wash experience I’ve had. I brought my car in expecting a proper hand wash, especially considering the price. When I picked it up, there were white stains all over the vehicle, including on the windshield, that were not there before. One employee began wiping the stains and they were coming off easily. However, instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager insisted the stains had happened elsewhere and stopped the employee from continuing. He then tried to upsell me on a more expensive cleaning service. After looking more closely, I also noticed the car had not been cleaned properly inside or out. Overall, poor service, no accountability, and no regard for customer satisfaction. I regret leaving my car there.

I wanted to express my concerns regarding a recent experience we had at your car wash. After having our vehicle cleaned, we noticed several issues that we believe need to be addressed. Upon arriving home, we observed swirl scratches on the side panel of our car and a deep scratch on two of the mags. We attempted to reach out via phone and email to discuss these issues but were met with a response from Ernesto that was less than satisfactory. Despite our efforts to communicate the situation, Ernesto insisted that the damages were a result of our cleaning method, stating it was impossible for the wash to have caused these issues. This is quite frustrating, especially since we paid $135 for the service. I would have appreciated a more understanding approach, acknowledging that if the damages were indeed our fault, you would try to rectify the situation. However, the insistence on blaming us has left us very disappointed with the service we received. For the sake of future customers, I would recommend that they take photos of their cars before leaving your facility to avoid similar experiences.
