I have been coming here for a while and lately they have been delivering terrible service . It is always something every visit that they miss and it being noticeable makes it worse . I hope they can get their things together

⭐ 1 Star Save your money and go somewhere else. I paid $100 to have my SUV washed and vacuumed, and the results were unacceptable. The interior looked almost exactly the same as when I dropped it off. It was obvious that little to no effort was put into cleaning the inside of my vehicle. For that price, I expected a professional job, but instead I felt completely ripped off. Charging premium prices while providing subpar service is unacceptable. If you're expecting your vehicle to actually be cleaned, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This was a complete waste of $100, and I will not be returning.

Coming here for a couple years now. Always 2-5 people working on your vehicle. Manager checks and makes the final touches. Very detailed, even on the regular wash, practically a $100 detail for $35 (on a mid-size to large)!! Inside and out, they are super meticulous! Always do a fantastic job while charging fair rates. Hometown boys working hard, give em a tip!

Good afternoon, I went to wash my car for the 1st time in your location. When I received my keys back after paying for the service I noticed that my a button on my key was broken. I informed the representative that received my payment and he said that there was nothing he can do and that I cannot receive a refund. I informed him that it is a new car and asked to speak to the supervisor or owner because the key was broken. The representative refused to assist me and told me that the owner would not respond if he called right now. I am utterly disappointed in the service I was given today and demand a refund for my wash today as well as a reimbursement for the key to be fixed. I want to be contacted immediately in regard to this situation.

I had a wonderful experience at Magic Hands Car Wash after a Venti latte from Starbucks spilled all over my passenger side seat and soaked the upholstery. The team immediately attended to me and my car and went way above and beyond, doing a fantastic job at the end of their workday even with a ton of other cars in line. My car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The wonderful gentlemen who thoroughly shampooed, vacuumed, dried the spilled latte and coffee (and coca-cola) soaked seat did his magic on it. He even took care of cleaning other set-in stains found on other upholstered areas in the car without me having to ask or charging any extra! Of course, I gave him a great and well-deserved tip! They are wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone no matter how small or large your car washing needs are. I will definitely be back and bringing others! Thank you 🙏
