So today I was going to stay there but definitely had changed my mind about this place! Here is why I called yesterday to ask how much the parking was, and was informed $20. So as I was getting close I called again because it was getting later and asked how I do this online to pay for a spot! The guy in the phone informed me you can’t so I asked him just to reassure what the price was and he stated 40. Reason I asked again because I have seen post fo 20, 25 , 38 and now 40 on website, so I was a little confused. So I told the gentleman I was told 20. His response was did you not hear what I said it’s 40 then hung up on me. I’m telling you all this if you want park there pay an out rages price to these rude people who only want your money. Place is dirty and showers are nasty. Would never give these people my money!!!! Think before staying at this place!!!!

Short review: If you just need parking and don’t mind gross bathrooms, you’re fine. If you want a shower—run. Long review: From the reviews and photos, this place used to be great. If you find a parking spot, it sounds like you got lucky. Seems this has turned into a monthly spot. I called the day before to ask about parking. The guy said, “Come on, we’ll get you a spot.” Reviews mentioned Amazon making parking tough. When I arrived, he told the driver before me they were full but took my number. I drove around the block, and he called—suddenly, a spot was open. I parked one night. $38 for the night. I did take advantage of the onsite wash for $60 for a tractor. After I checked in and told them I wanted a wash, the wash truck came an hour later, took my card, and did a solid job, even adding tire shine. The bathroom situation: There are two men’s stalls in a trailer—no water when I went, and they were rank. There’s also a women’s stall. In a separate building there are multiple showers; I used #7. Update!! You need to change the entry registration system. We're waiting for a very long time, and there's a long line. Also, other problem ; My wife is given 15 minutes to get into the truck area , which isn't enough. We organize the interior of the vehicle, clean it, etc. I don't think this is right. 2024 we live in miami, we park here all the time We need to get out of the car and register. I think it would be better for the employee to come to the truck door and just a expensive 38$ (24 hours) we had no problems.

I love this place, good attention, very friendly and helpful they help you in everything, clean and new bathrooms, the showers are in great condition, clean green areas and in good condition, beautiful common areas to hang out and talk, it is well located you have nearby to eat, relax and rent a car ... I highly recommend it

My husband and I parked a UHaul with a car trailer attached here for a night and it was an amazing experience. They were holding a special event for Memorial Day weekend and it was incredible. And OH MY GOD! You could LIVE in their bathing facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. In spot gasoline and truck washes available too. Highly recommend!
