My wife and I spent 7 months at this park. From December 2025 to July 2026, I found the location to be perfect,close to all stores and restaurants. The staff was never anything less than very pleasant and helpful. The only issue was during our time on many occasions the water needed to be turned off for repairs, but I always recieved a text notification every time with an estimated time line for repairs to be completed. We never had any issues with other residents, the only thing that would make this park better would be a pool, thats why a 4 star instead of 5. We have nothing bad to say and would 100% recommend this park for a day, a week or multiple months. Thank you Midland rv park for a pleasant experience.

It's been a great experience. They have dog parks to walk your dogs. The staff have a country friendly vibe. The water pressure there is the best of any camper park that I been to. Highly recommend this place

A really nice rv park A+++ , I called @ 10 pm and the night shift answering service actually answered and saved my family from staying at a rest area or somewhere else I didn't want to even think about being currently a law enforcement officer ! The staff is top notch #1 A++++ This place is super clean and the hot showers are top notch and the cleanest restrooms you can imagine super nice staff and the price is affordable! Would definitely recommend it ! I ended up staying a few day's due to being how nice the park was!! I will for sure stay here again and will recommend it to all !!

Location is okay. Spaces are a little tighterthan i liked, but there is plenty of laundry rooms and showers. And even dog washes! Plenty dog parks. Limited grass in west texas but there is a fair amount of grass in some places! Amenities are pretty nice, however they have a strict no refund policy. Owner is a really nice lady!
