If I could leave no stars that is what this place would get!!! Paid for ceramic coating and got a crappy wash only. Had the vehicle for 2 days (after saying it would only take the day) and held the keys hostage and was forced to pay 900 dollars before we could get it back. Another detail business has verified no ceramic coating was ever applied. There was bird crap and bugs still on the truck when picked up. This is the most dishonest and unprofessional business ever....BEWARE!! RESPONDING TO YOUR COMMENT BELOW………..Yes I am the customer!! Being 10 minutes late does not give you the right to do crappy work(well no work). And it doesn’t give you the right to not apply the coating that was paid for. You was not even there when he arrived and was out running an errand in NB so you was late as well. I heard you myself on the phone and all the conversations, you said you would finish it that day and ignored text and calls all the following day not even giving the decency to let us know when to expect it done since we came from out of town to do this. When I got my car I knew that I wanted to keep it looking good for as long as possible. I found Mirrior Image Detailing via internet search but what got me was their gtechniq ceramic coating. After looking into it I knew it was something my car needed. When I first saw it after the work was done it was amazing! I don’t even think these pictures do it justice. They did such a good job, and what’s even better is that they still look to do touch ups to maintain the coating. Overall I’m glad that I went with them and continue to use their detailing services.

Amazing experience! Customer experience was unreal - the car looked amazing and the attention to detail was superb. This car hadn’t been detailed in its 12 year life and was just covered in grime (especially the wheels). I cannot state how great of a service Mirror Image did!

Mirror Image did a great job detailing my GLE. You can tell they really take pride in their work and do their best to take care of your vehicle. I went with their Gold tier package which included both exterior and interior cleaning. They did an excellent job on both, especially the exterior. We have a toddler and they did a great job cleaning the rear seat - looks just like the day that I bought the car brand new. They also went above and beyond to take care of fragile or sensitive finishes in the car, such as the wood paneling and the leather. When I was notified that my car was ready for pickup, I let them know ow that it would be a while before I could go get my car. When I arrived, my car was kept inside their workshop to keep it nice and clean & out of the sun which was a nice touch. Also, really liked their scheduling/appointment system. It was all done online and was easy to do. Overall, solid work and I will be coming back to them for sure.
