⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just want to take a moment to recognize **Julian** for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! From the moment I arrived at the car wash, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He had a great attitude, a smile on his face, and made me feel like my business was actually appreciated. Customer service seems to be getting harder and harder to find, especially here in Bakersfield, where people can sometimes be so rude or act like you’re bothering them just by asking a question. Julian was the complete opposite! He was respectful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It’s honestly refreshing to come across someone who takes pride in their job and treats people with kindness. **Julian, you definitely deserve recognition for the way you treat your customers!** Please give this man some credit because employees like him are the reason customers want to come back. Thank you, Julian, for the excellent service! 🙌🏼 I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm always greeted with a smile and the friendly service! Plus when stuff is actually broken like one of the dryer hoses doesn't work. I'm surprised within a week or two it's usually repaired right away so I love that part too.

I normally use a different Mister Car Wash but it was 5 minutes till closing so I thought I would try the Ming location. I was so thankful Genesis was still there! Genesis had a great smile, beautiful personality, and efficient. Genesis fixed my membership that I have been having issues with since I got it. I’m thankful that Genesis stayed positive through the whole experience since I basically showed up at closing. Kindness goes such a long way. Thank you.

I just had the absolute BEST experience at Mister Car Wash and I have to shout out Julian for going above and beyond in every possible way. Seriously this level of customer service is rare these days. From the moment I pulled in, Julian was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He didn’t just do his job, he owned it. He made sure every detail was perfect and treated my car like it was his own. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the results. He’s the kind of employee every business wishes they had.. attentive, hardworking, and just an all-around amazing person. Mister Car Wash, if you’re reading this, Julian deserves all the recognition.
